For the academician, this consideration transcends the current epoch and even Western thought to settle on the ethical bases of all human civilizations, which he reviews in detail in his study.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If we consider the importance of a healthy &#8216;ethical musculature&#8217; in organizations as the basis for an appropriate development of serious solutions and at the level that the exercise of human and organizational life (public and private) throughout the planet, we would welcome the words of <strong>Downs<\/strong> (1975), for whom integrity is an essential phenomenon of good relations, since deception disfigures the essential coherence between achievements and statements.
