“Spain is one of the world leaders in recognition by Unesco<\/strong><\/a>. We are the third country in the world, after China and Italy. There are 47 declarations of Cultural and Natural Heritage and 18 of the Immaterial. This makes a total of 65 declarations , which gives us an idea of \u200b\u200bthe rich and varied heritage, and for this reason, we propose and support the celebration on November 2 of the World Heritage Day of Spain<\/strong>, the creation of a World Heritage Council of Spain<\/strong> in which they are represented the institutions and entities related to it, the strengthening of the Santiago’s Road, which represents the religious, cultural, geographical and commercial ties established in the pilgrimage as well as projecting the rich artistic heritage of important historical interest without forgetting its landscape value, protection and dissemination of the Mediterranean diet, set of knowledge, practices, skills and traditions all foods and enclaves, with evident benefits for health, biodiversity and sustainability, to which must be added healthy habits, physical activity, conviviality and a healthy rest, and stimulate research and dissemination of the collective heritage linked to the languages, uses and unique cultural expressions of the different territories of Spain”, says the manifesto.<\/p>\n This first Scientific-Cultural Meeting in La Rioja Alavesa was attended by 35 speakers who, over the three days, discussed issues related to oenology, viticulture, food, diet and a region such as La Rioja Alavesa that is characterized for the internationally recognized quality of its wines. This scientific part was complemented with a series of cultural visits that included the Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal<\/strong><\/a> winery, by the architect Frank Gehry<\/strong>, and the prestigious and award-winning winery of Eguren Ugarte<\/strong><\/a>. In its auditorium the presentations took place. La firma de lo que estas entidades denominaron el \"Manifiesto de Laguardia (Rioja Alavesa)\"<\/strong> se produjo en el marco del primer Encuentro Cient\u00edfico-Cultural en La Rioja Alavesa<\/strong> convocado por la RAED y la RAMPV.<\/p> \"Espa\u00f1a es uno de los l\u00edderes mundiales en reconocimientos por parte de la Unesco<\/strong><\/a>. Por todo ello, proponemos y apoyamos la celebraci\u00f3n el pr\u00f3ximo 2 de noviembre del D\u00eda Mundial del Patrimonio Mundial de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, la creaci\u00f3n de un Consejo del Patrimonio Mundial de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> en el que est\u00e9n representadas las instituciones y entidades relacionadas con el mismo, la potenciaci\u00f3n del Camino de Santiago, que representa los lazos religiosos, culturales, geogr\u00e1ficos y comerciales establecidos en la peregrinaci\u00f3n adem\u00e1s de proyectar el rico patrimonio art\u00edstico de importante inter\u00e9s hist\u00f3rico sin olvidar su valor paisaj\u00edstico, la protecci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea, conjunto de conocimientos, pr\u00e1cticas, habilidades y tradiciones relacionadas con los alimentos en todas sus fases y enclaves, con beneficios evidentes para la salud, la biodiversidad y la sostenibilidad a lo que hay que a\u00f1adir los h\u00e1bitos saludables, la actividad f\u00edsica, la convivialidad y un descanso saludable, y estimular la investigaci\u00f3n y la difusi\u00f3n del patrimonio colectivo vinculado a las lenguas, usos y expresiones culturales singulares de los distintos territorios de Espa\u00f1a\", se\u00f1ala el manifiesto.<\/p> Este primer Encuentro Cient\u00edfico-Cultural en La Rioja Alavesa cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 35 ponentes que a lo largo de los tres d\u00edas abordaron temas relacionados con la enolog\u00eda, la viticultura, la alimentaci\u00f3n, la dieta y una regi\u00f3n como la Rioja Alavesa que se caracteriza por la calidad internacionalmente reconocida de sus vinos. Esta parte cient\u00edfica se complement\u00f3 con una serie de visitas culturales que incluyeron la bodega de Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal<\/strong><\/a>, del arquitecto Frank Gehry<\/strong>, y la prestigiosa y galardonada bodega de Eguren Ugarte<\/strong><\/a>, en cuyo auditorio tuvieron lugar las ponencias.
