States that don&#8217;t respect Human Rights must respond to the International Criminal Court&#8221;. Castell\u00e0 made these reflections during his admission as full academician of the <strong>Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED), which occurred June 30\u00a0in Barcelona.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/castellaingreso.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7322\" src=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/castellaingreso-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"castellaingreso\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/castellaingreso-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/castellaingreso.jpg 551w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">The recipient read the inaugural speech <strong>&#8220;\u00bfHacia un nuevvo Derecho de Gentes?&#8221;<\/strong> (<span class=\"\">Towards a new<\/span> law of nations?). He replied on behalf of the RAED the academician <a href=\"\/ca\/academics\/dr-joan-francesc-pont-clemente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Joan Francesc Pont<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">Castell\u00e0 was dean of the Faculty of Law and Vice Chancellor of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urv.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>University Rovira i Virgili<\/strong><\/a>.
