Clar\u00f3s received the award during a solemn ceremony held on October 25 at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ateneodemadrid.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Athenaeum of Madrid<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Academy of Health Sciences highlights the professional dedication of academician at the helm of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clinicaclaros.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Clar\u00f3s Clinic<\/strong><\/a> and his humanitarian work also at the helm of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionclaros.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Clar\u00f3s Foundation<\/strong><\/a>, which in more than three decades of activity has already carried out more than a hundred missions in various countries in Africa, Asia and Europe, in addition to training in a completely disinterested way professionals from these same areas. The institution also praises his teaching at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ub.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>University of Barcelona<\/strong><\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umontpellier.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>University of Montpellier<\/strong><\/a>, where his classes are a reference in the fields of Otolaryngology and Maxillofacial Surgery.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-61442\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Pedro-Claros.jpg\" alt=\"Dr. Pedro Clar\u00f3s\" width=\"291\" height=\"191\" \/>&#8220;Clar\u00f3s combines his social commitment, his ethical values \u200b\u200band his professional and teaching merits to contribute to the development of society in the field of health&#8221;, said Slocker at the ceremony of imposition of the Medal.
