They are indicators that something is not working. We need something of a revolution here, as we update all the tools required to promote maritime activity&#8221;, says the academician.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-45767\" src=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Jaime-Rodrigo-de-Larrucea.jpg\" alt=\"Jaime Rodrigo de Larrucea\" width=\"391\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Jaime-Rodrigo-de-Larrucea.jpg 550w, https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Jaime-Rodrigo-de-Larrucea-400x284.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 391px) 100vw, 391px\" \/>Professor of Maritime Law and Maritime Security at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upc.cat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Polytechnic University of Catalonia<\/strong><\/a>, author of numerous books and publications on the subject and president of the Maritime Law Section of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.icab.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Official Association of Lawyers of Barcelona<\/strong><\/a>, \u200b\u200bRodrigo de Larrucea pleads for the drafting of a strategic plan for Spanish ports. &#8220;It is a strategic sector of our economy.
