{"id":44149,"date":"2018-04-02T09:11:24","date_gmt":"2018-04-02T09:11:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/raed.academy\/?p=44149"},"modified":"2018-04-06T16:44:40","modified_gmt":"2018-04-06T16:44:40","slug":"schedules-for-labour-conciliation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/en\/schedules-for-labour-conciliation\/","title":{"rendered":"These aren&#8217;t hours"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ignacio Buqueras<\/strong>, full academician of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radoctores.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain<\/strong><\/a>, honorary president of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.horariosenespana.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>National Commission for the Rationalization of Schedules in Spain<\/strong><\/a> and assiduous collaborator of the <strong>Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED), intervened last 20 March in the <strong>&#8220;Jornada 20M: los hombres hablan sobre pol\u00edticas de conciliaci\u00f3n y corresponsabilidad&#8221;<\/strong> (20M Day: men talk about policies of conciliation and co-responsibility), organized by the Spanish <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csif.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Central Independent Trade Union and Officials<\/strong><\/a> (CSIF) at the headquarters of the <strong>Secretary of State for Social Services and Equality<\/strong>, in Madrid. Buqueras also addressed the same issue two days later at the Madrid headquarters of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eae.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>EAE<\/strong> <\/a>business school in an act promoted by the Commission for the Rationalization of Schedules.<\/p>\n<p>In both forums, Buqueras spoke of the urgent need for rational schedules so that conciliation, equality and co-responsibility are a reality and women don&#8217;t continue to be the big losers. On the first day he shared space with <strong>Salvador Molina<\/strong>, president of the <strong>Ecofin<\/strong> forum; <strong>Antonio Labrado<\/strong>, president of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cepolicia.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Spanish Confederation of Police;<\/strong><\/a> <strong>H\u00e9ctor Casado<\/strong>, deputy director general of Labour Relations of the Spanish <strong>General Directorate of Public Administration<\/strong>, and <strong>Francisco Iglesias<\/strong>, Vice President of CSIF.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_44258\" style=\"width: 460px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-44258\" class=\"wp-image-44258\" src=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Ignacio-Buqueras.jpg\" alt=\"Dr. Ignacio Buqueras\" width=\"450\" height=\"224\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-44258\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Ignacio Buqueras<\/p><\/div>\n<p>In EAE he discussed with <strong>Laura Baena<\/strong>, founder of the Spanish <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clubdemalasmadres.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Badmothers Club<\/strong><\/a>; <strong>Elena Blasco<\/strong>, confederal secretary of Women and Equality of Spanish labour union <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccoo.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Workers&#8217; Commissions<\/strong><\/a>; <strong>Miguel Borra<\/strong>, president of CSIF; <strong>Toni Ferrer<\/strong>, secretary of Employment and Labour Relations of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.psoe.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>PSOE<\/strong> <\/a>party; <strong>\u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, president of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mensajerosdelapaz.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Messengers of Peace<\/strong><\/a>, and <strong>Javier Maroto<\/strong>, vice secretary of Social and Sectoral Policy of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pp.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>PP<\/strong> <\/a>party, among many others.
