The recipient will read the entry speech\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Delito fiscal y proceso penal: cr\u00f3nica de un desencuentro&#8221;<\/strong> (Fiscal crime and criminal process: chronicle of a disagreement). On behalf of the RAED will answer the full academician <a href=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/en\/academicians\/dr-emili-gironella-masgrau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Emili Gironella<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Licensed by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uab.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Autonomous University of Barcelona<\/strong><\/a>, \u200b\u200bthe new academician obtained his doctorate at the same university after completing his studies in the third cycle at the Spanish <a href=\"http:\/\/portal.uned.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>National University of Distance Education<\/strong><\/a> with the thesis <strong>&#8220;Efectos del proceso penal por delito contra la Hacienda P\u00fablica en los procedimientos tributarios&#8221; <\/strong>(Effects of criminal proceedings for crimes against the Public Treasury in tax procedures), which deserved a cum laude recognition. Technician of the administration and of the Spanish Treasury, where he worked as an inspector until 2016, he is currently working as a jurist in the office of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowehorwath.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Crowe Horwarth<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He has been an advisor to the president of the Catalan Gouvernment and director of the Program for the Definition of a New Model of Tax Administration of Catalonia.
