The recipient will read the entry speech <strong>&#8220;La influencia del derecho espa\u00f1ol en M\u00e9xico&#8221;<\/strong> (The influence of Spanish law in Mexico). On behalf of the RAED will answer the full academician <a href=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/en\/academicians\/dr-jordi-marti-pidelaserra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Jordi Mart\u00ed<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Licensed by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uadec.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Autonomous University of Coahuila<\/strong><\/a> and PhD by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uane.edu.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Autonomous University of Northwest<\/strong><\/a> (Mexico), Sotomayor holds a long career as a lawyer, teacher and researcher. He was director of the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Coahuila and established the first postgraduate studies in Law in Coahuila and Durango. After a long trajectory at the head of several courts, at the moment he is magistrate of the <strong>Superior Court of Justice of the State of Coahuila<\/strong>. Along his career has earned him several awards, including the RAED Centennial Medal.
