We have taken a decisive step forward in the internationalization of our academic mission&#8221;, says the RAED president, <a href=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/en\/academicians\/dr-alfredo-rocafort-nicolau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Alfredo Rocafort<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"En las sesiones se han presentado medio centenar de trabajos y se han realizado cuatro actos acad\u00e9micos, entre ellos la recepci\u00f3n de Erwin Neher, premio Nobel de Medicina en 1991;\">Fifty papers were presented at the sessions and four academic events were held, including the reception of <strong>Erwin Neher<\/strong>, Nobel prize in Medicine in 1991; <\/span><span title=\"Jerome Isaac Friedman, premio Nobel de F\u00edsica en 1990, y Christopher Pissarides, premio Nobel de Econom\u00eda de 2010. La RAED, asimismo, ha visitado en Estocolmo la Real Academia Sueca de Ciencias de la Ingenier\u00eda y la Academia de Ciencias de Rusia en su sede\"><strong>Jerome Isaac Friedman<\/strong>, Nobel prize in Physics in 1990, and <strong>Christopher Pissarides<\/strong>, Nobel prize in Economics in 2010.
