intervinieron los acad\u00e9micos Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Gay de Li\u00e9bana, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Calavia, Lorenzo Gasc\u00f3n y Frederic Borr\u00e0s, adem\u00e1s del empresario Nilo Garc\u00eda Li\u00e9bana vislumbr\u00f3 una Europa &quot;aburguesada, dormida y estancada, que se queda detr\u00e1s de pa\u00edses emergentes como China o India&quot;.\">Gay de Li\u00e9bana envisioned a &#8220;bourgeois, dormant and stagnant Europe, which lags behind emerging countries like China or India&#8221;. <\/span><span title=\"Ante este &quot;panorama de encrucijada que nos coloca en una situaci\u00f3n de incertidumbre frente a la nueva coyuntura econ\u00f3mica -prosigui\u00f3- o despertamos o morimos&quot;.\">Given this &#8220;crossroads scenario that puts us in a situation of uncertainty in the face of the new economic situation -he went on-, we wake up or die&#8221;. <\/span><span title=\"Calavia avis\u00f3 sobre el &quot;par\u00f3n de la Europa pol\u00edtica, que deja
