Today, after the discovery of DNA, there is no doubt that we descended from a primordial bacterium (LUCA) although the human being is subject to two evolutions: the biological and the cultural. The latter has freed us from biological determinism\u201d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/en\/academicians\/dr-daniel-turbon-borrega\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Daniel Turb\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>, doctor\u00a0of Philosophy and Letters, professor of Biology at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ub.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>University of Barcelona<\/strong><\/a> and coordinator of the <a href=\"http:\/\/mid.ub.edu\/opid\/content\/biocultura-biologia-i-cultura-diversitat-humana-i-evoluci%C3%B3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Teaching Innovation Group of Biology and Culture: Human Diversity and Evolution<\/strong><\/a> h<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">as explained during his accession as full academician of the <strong>Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED) the difficulties that have been found throughout history the theses of Darwin and Wallace, synthesized by Russian geneticist <strong>Theodosius Dobzhansky<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Turb\u00f3n has read the inaugural speech\u00a0<strong>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Web_LibroRAed_Turbon59.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Darwin, Wallace y la biolog\u00eda del desarrollo evolutiva<\/a>&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>(Darwin, Wallace and the biology of evolutionary development).
