ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION<\/h2>\n

These encompass, in accordance with the legislative requirements for their creation and recognition within an established legal framework, the rules that govern the corporation, its symbols, its composition and its institutional life, along with the duties and obligations of the Academy\u2019s members.<\/p>\n

The articles of association of the RAED establish a requirement, in line with current trends regarding transparency and social responsibility, for a code of ethics developed under the terms of the corresponding regulations.<\/p>\n

In accordance with article 1, section 6, and 20, section b, of the bylaws, the Governing Board has approved the Internal Regulations and the Code of Ethics at its meeting held on September 3, 2020.<\/p>\n
