Organizations with a Soul: The New Paradigm of Humanistic Leadership in the 21st Century<\/h2>\n

Dr Bonasa<\/strong>\u2019s admission speech reflects on the urgent need to transform current management models towards Organizations with a Soul, spaces where purpose, culture, empathy and wellbeing become true drivers of human competitiveness and sustainable excellence.<\/p>\n

He presents the 4A model (Learning, Attitude, Soul and Action) as a framework to promote conscious leadership, integral wellbeing and social transformation.<\/p>\n

The intervention explores how art acts as an emotional catalyst and how humanistic leadership can foster more fulfilled teams, healthier organizations and more dignified societies.<\/p>\n
