Law of Robotics and Drones<\/b><\/h2>\n

The text examines the legal challenges of robotics and drones, proposing to strengthen the legal framework for human liability<\/strong> rather than granting legal personality to machines. Directive (EU) 2024\/2853<\/strong> modernizes the law on defective products, making it easier for victims to prove defects and expanding compensation coverage.<\/p>\n

In the drone sector, the main difficulty lies in the ambiguity of liability for software failures<\/strong> and in the insufficiency of mandatory insurance<\/strong> to cover modern risks such as privacy damage.<\/p>\n

Finally, the text addresses the impact of robotization on work, highlighting continuous professional training<\/strong> and legislative adaptation as key measures to ensure a fair social transition.<\/p>\n
