Registration:<\/strong> Contact the RAED Secretariat: secretaria@raed.academy<\/a> or tel. 93 667 40 54<\/strong> The first interacademic session of the Academies was held in 1931 with the participation of the Academies of Letters, Sciences and Arts, Medicine, and Fine Arts, with the attendance of the Institute of Catalan Studies and other institutions. Sessions continued in 1932, 1934, and ended in 1935. Later, in 2001, the Government of Catalonia created the Interacademic Council.<\/p>\n This joint session, nearly a century after its inception, will take place for the first time at the Palau de la Generalitat, at Pl. de Sant Jaume, 4, Barcelona<\/strong>, presided over by the Right Honorable Mr. Salvador Illa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Additionally, for the first time and at the proposal of the Department of Justice<\/strong>, and in agreement with the Council, it will be part of the Week of the Academies, with a general program in which all of them will participate. The objective is to promote, in a cross-disciplinary manner, among all academics \u2014and also among society\u2014 the important work they continue to carry out in the service of Catalonia.
