  2. Dr. Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Baldasano Recio<\/strong><\/a>, Emeritus Professor of Environmental Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Full Member of the RAED, and expert in climate modeling and air quality.<\/li>\n
  3. Mr. Lorenzo Correa<\/strong>, civil engineer, founder of futurodelagua.com, executive coach, and author of “100 Poems of Water,” with a distinguished career in water management and public outreach.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    During the debate, the causes, impacts, and responses to DANA will be addressed from scientific, managerial, and cultural perspectives, fostering an interdisciplinary reflection on these extreme meteorological phenomena.<\/p>\n
