She is very active and passionate about social media: @mireialasheras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>UNIVERSITY DEGREES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mireia is an Associate Professor at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iese.edu\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IESE Business School<\/strong><\/a>. She joined IESE in 2009 after completing her PhD at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/questrom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Boston University School of Management<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Previously, she earned her MBA at IESE.<\/li>\n<li>She is also an Industrial Engineer from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upc.edu\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Polytechnic University of Catalonia<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>TEACHING AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>As a result of her research, she has widely published in high-impact academic journals on topics related to work-family integration around the world, women and leadership, and career development.<\/li>\n<li>She has also co-edited several academic books.<\/li>\n<li>She is the co-director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iese.edu\/es\/noticias\/liderazgo-se-escribe-m-mujer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IESE International Conference on Women and Leadership<\/strong><\/a>, first held in July 2017, and in 2018 co-directed the Interdisciplinary Congress on Fatherhood together with the <a href=\"https:\/\/socialtrendsinstitute.org\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Social Trends Institute<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hbs.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Harvard University<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Mireia leads the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.iese.edu\/ifrei\/proyecto-ifrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IFREI Project<\/strong><\/a>, which brings together researchers from over fifteen countries and has collaborated with more than sixty corporations worldwide, from Canada to Chile and from Kenya to the Philippines.
