La ense\u00f1anza primaria, media y superior, la realizo en el colegio de nuestra se\u00f1ora de la Bonanova (Hoy colegio la Salle Bonanova).<\/p><p>T\u00edtulos Acad\u00e9micos<\/p><p>Licenciado en derecho por la facultad de derecho de la Universidad de Barcelona, a\u00f1os 1961-1966. Ha aprobado los dos cursos de doctorado, \u201cgesti\u00f3n administrativa\u201d en la UPC, actualmente pendiente de su tesis doctoral.<\/p><p>Acad\u00e9mico de n\u00famero de la Real Academia Espa\u00f1ola de ciencias econ\u00f3micas y financieras. Honorary degree, conocido por el ESERP business school, de fecha 23 de mayo de 2012.<\/p><p>Galardonado de honor concedido por CONSEDOC (Consejo Superior Europeo de Doctores por Doctores Honoris Causa- Sede Social Europea), concedido en merito a su brillante y dilatada carrera jur\u00eddica y gran capacidad anal\u00edtica y de trabajo frente a distintos \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales y por su continuado esfuerzo y compromiso con la sociedad acad\u00e9mica, de fecha 23 de mayo de 2012.<\/p><p>Condecoraciones<\/p><p>Por orden del Excmo. Sr. Ministro de Justicia, de fecha 7 de enero de 1982, fue condecorado con la CURZ DISTINGIDA DE PRIMERA ORDEN DE SAN RAIMUNDO DE PE\u00d1AFORT.<\/p><p>Por acuerdo de la Sala de Gobierno del Tribunal Supremo del pasado mes de enero ha sido propuesto al Ministerio de Justicia para que se le conceda la GRAN CURZ DE SAN RAIMUNDO DE PE\u00d1AFORT.<\/p><p>Servicios prestados en las carreras fiscal, judicial y en la abogac\u00eda del estado.<\/p><p>Por orden del Ministerio de Justicia, el 20 de enero de 1971, fue nombrado miembro de la carrera fiscal.<\/p><p>Por otro orden ministerial de 23 de mayo de 1972, fue nombrado juez de primera instancia e instrucci\u00f3n desempe\u00f1ando su funci\u00f3n en la Juzgados de Telde y Puigcerd\u00e1.<\/p><p>Por orden de 27 de septiembre de 1966, fue nombrado Magistrado por oposici\u00f3n de lo contencioso \u2013 administrativo, desempe\u00f1ando sus funciones en las distintas Audiencias Territoriales de Palma de Mallorca, y de Barcelona.<\/p><p>El 30 de junio de 1985, fue nombrado Presidente de la sala tercera de lo contencioso-administrativo de la Audiencia territorial de Barcelona, hoy Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Catalunya.<\/p><p>Desempe\u00f1o el cargo de Presidente de Jurado Provincial de Expropiaci\u00f3n de Barcelona, desde 1988-1992.<\/p><p>El 27 de enero de 1992 fue nombrado Magistrado del Tribunal Supremo. Formo parte de la sala tercera y de la sala de los recursos de revisi\u00f3n hasta en 1 de marzo de 1993, en el que le fue concedido por el Consejo General del Poder Judicial de la excedencia voluntaria como Magistrado del Tribunal Supremo.<\/p><p>Durante su excedencia voluntaria como Magistrado del Tribunal Supremo, ejerci\u00f3 como abogado en los colegios de Barcelona y Madrid, destac\u00e1ndose entre sus intervenciones profesionales, temas de una notable connotaci\u00f3n social y pol\u00edtica, como los convenios suscritos entre el consorcio del Liceo y el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona; Convenios expropiatorios entre la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal y los propietarios expropiados por el incendio del Liceo; Casinos de Barcelona; Torras Hostench ; Planasdemunt.<\/p><p>Publicado en el BOE el Estatuto de los Magistrados del Tribunal Supremo por incompatibilidad en el ejercicio de su profesi\u00f3n, se incorpor\u00f3 al Citado tribunal permaneciendo en el mismo, hasta el 10 de abril de 2013. En que la comisi\u00f3n permanente del Consejo General del Poder Judicial, le acord\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n de excedencia voluntaria por inter\u00e9s particular, prevista en el art. 356-B de la ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial, situaci\u00f3n en la que no podr\u00e1 permanecer menos de 2 a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>En la actualidad, ejerce la profesi\u00f3n de abogado y es defensor del cliente de entidades financieras (confederaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola de cajas de ahorros).<\/p><p>Actividad Docente<\/p><p>Profesor encargado de curso de Derecho Administrativo en la Facultad de Derecho, Universidad de Barcelona (delegaci\u00f3n de baleares) en los cursos acad\u00e9micos 1975-1978.<\/p><p>Profesor de Derecho Administrativo del Centro de Estudios Universitarios \u201cABAD OLIBA\u201d de Barcelona, de la Facultad de Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas, a\u00f1os 1981-1995.<\/p><p>Profesor de Derecho Constitucional del referido centro universitario, en los cursos 84\/85 y 85\/86.<\/p><p>Ha participado en m\u00e1s de 100 congresos, seminarios, conferencias y publicaciones.
