A m\u00e9s d&#8217;enumerar les difer\u00e8ncies entre una i altra opci\u00f3, m\u00e9s acusades del que es pot pensar en un principi, l&#8217;acad\u00e8mic assenyala que en cap cas els sucs poden ser un substitutiu de la fruita i que, fins i tot en el cas dels sucs naturals , els sucres que alliberen les fruites en \u00e9sser espremudes s\u00f3n els que marquen la gran difer\u00e8ncia. En qualsevol cas, sempre estan desaconsellats tots aquells sucs amb sucres afegits.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Quan espremem la fruita per elaborar un suc, aquests sucres s\u00f3n alliberats de l&#8217;estructura complexa de la fruita al l\u00edquid del suc. Fins a tres o m\u00e9s peces o racions a el dia. Per hidratar-nos o com a complement a l&#8217;esmorzar o berenar podem incorporar un suc de fruita o de verdures o combinat vegetal o unes farinetes o triturat de fruites o de vegetals ben nets&#8221;, explica.<\/p>\n<p>Aranceta lidera el projecte <strong>&#8220;Nova Vida&#8221;<\/strong>, desenvolupat per la <strong>Societat Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3 Comunit\u00e0ria<\/strong> (SENC) en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola del Cor<\/strong> (FEC), la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola de la Nutrici\u00f3<\/strong> (FEN) i el portal especialitzat <strong>&#8220;Qcom.es&#8221;<\/strong> juntament amb altres associacions i entitats per millorar la vida de les persones. Aquesta iniciativa recull tant recomanacions pr\u00e0ctiques per a poblaci\u00f3 general com recomanacions espec\u00edfiques per a persones amb pocs recursos i necessitats especials.
