El grup de treball de Nutrici\u00f3 a l&#8217;Esport vol fer unes recomanacions espec\u00edfiques als esportistes que, durant aquesta \u00e8poca d&#8217;a\u00efllament, no poden entrenar al mateix nivell que ho feien abans.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. Control de la quantitat d&#8217;energia. Compte amb l&#8217;augment de pes corporal<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El confinament domiciliari suposa, en la majoria dels casos, una reducci\u00f3 tant del volum com de la intensitat de l&#8217;entrenament, i tamb\u00e9 una disminuci\u00f3 de les activitats de la vida di\u00e0ria no relacionades amb l&#8217;exercici.<\/p>\n<p>La ingesta d&#8217;aliments es pot veure influenciada, generalment a l&#8217;al\u00e7a, per diferents factors com l&#8217;estr\u00e8s produ\u00eft per no poder sortir de casa, alteracions de l&#8217;\u00e0nim, conviv\u00e8ncia familiar, canvis en el ritme de la son, etc. El resultat final \u00e9s una despesa energ\u00e8tica total inferior a l&#8217;habitual que, si no s&#8217;acompanya d&#8217;un ajust en l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica, generar\u00e0 un super\u00e0vit energ\u00e8tic sostingut i a la llarga un augment de pes i canvi de la composici\u00f3 corporal, a costa d&#8217;un increment de la massa greix. Cal ajustar el patr\u00f3 alimentari a les noves necessitats, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 cal evitar entrar en un d\u00e8ficit cal\u00f2ric sostingut que comprometria el manteniment de la massa muscular, la resposta immune i la salut en general.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Hidrats de carboni, quan prendre&#8217;ls?<\/h4>\n<p class=\"result-shield-container tlid-copy-target\" tabindex=\"0\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"ca\">La reducci\u00f3 del temps d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica durant aquestes setmanes obliga a l&#8217;ajust del consum d&#8217;hidrats de carboni que, de manera preferent, es realitzar\u00e0 les hores pr\u00e8vies a l&#8217;entrenament, disminuint el seu consum la resta del dia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 tabindex=\"0\">3. Disminuir el consum de greixos totals<\/h4>\n<p tabindex=\"0\">Seleccionar els aliments que aporten greixos m\u00e9s saludables: donar prefer\u00e8ncia a la utilitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, fruits secs, i peixos semigrassos i grassos, aquests \u00faltims s\u00f3n font de vitamina D i d&#8217;\u00e0cids grassos omega-3 (EPA i DHA), claus en la reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estat inflamatori.<\/p>\n<h4 tabindex=\"0\">4. Realitzar un consum de prote\u00efnes adequat<\/h4>\n<p tabindex=\"0\">La ingesta de prote\u00efnes \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria per mantenir la massa muscular, objectiu fonamental en aquesta \u00e8poca de confinament, per\u00f2 ha de ser proporcional a les sessions d&#8217;entrenament. Es recomana ajustar el seu consum, donant prefer\u00e8ncia als aliments que aporten prote\u00efnes d&#8217;alt valor biol\u00f2gic (qualitat), tant d&#8217;origen animal (peixos, carns magres, productes lactis i ous), com vegetal (fruits secs, soja i llegums amb cereals).<\/p>\n<h4 tabindex=\"0\">5. Prestar especial atenci\u00f3 al consum de fruites i verdures fresques<\/h4>\n<p tabindex=\"0\">Durant aquesta quarantena, el consum de fruites, vegetals i hortalisses, sobretot de temporada, ha d&#8217;adquirir especial protagonisme. Com s\u00f3n aliments de baix contingut cal\u00f2ric, ajuden a ajustar el balan\u00e7 energ\u00e8tic. A m\u00e9s, s\u00f3n especialment nutritius, amb alt contingut en vitamines, minerals i rics en fibra, el que ajudar\u00e0 a mantenir una microbiota intestinal m\u00e9s sana i millorar el ritme intestinal. Han d&#8217;estar presents en cada \u00e0pat en qualsevol de les seves formes: amanides, peces de fruita, pur\u00e9s, bullits, plats a el vapor, sucs etc&#8230; Cal assegurar prendre tots els dies almenys dues peces de fruites riques en vitamina C com taronges, maduixots, kiwi, pinya, mango&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4 tabindex=\"0\">6. Hidratar-se b\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p tabindex=\"0\">S&#8217;ha de mantenir abans, durant i despr\u00e9s de la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva una adequada hidrataci\u00f3. \u00c9s recomanable una ingesta de l\u00edquids d&#8217;uns 500 ml\/hora d&#8217;exercici. Les begudes adaptades per a l&#8217;esport s\u00f3n les solucions de reposici\u00f3 que aporten una font d&#8217;hidrats de carboni, de sodi i una osmolalitat adequada, tres condicions que s&#8217;han de complir sempre. Evitar les begudes amb contingut alcoh\u00f2lic.<\/p>\n<h4 tabindex=\"0\">7. Import\u00e0ncia de la vitamina D<\/h4>\n<p tabindex=\"0\">Aquesta vitamina realitza nombroses funcions en l&#8217;organisme, entre les quals es troben el manteniment dels sistemes ossi i immunitari en bon estat. Existeixen dades que assenyalen una correlaci\u00f3 entre els nivells baixos de vitamina D i un major risc de malalties respirat\u00f2ries del tracte superior i deteriorament de la immunitat sist\u00e8mica.<\/p>\n<p>La vitamina D es pot obtenir de dues maneres: per s\u00edntesi cut\u00e0nia a trav\u00e9s de la radiaci\u00f3 ultraviolada de la llum solar, i per mitj\u00e0 d&#8217;alguns aliments com el peix blau (tonyina, sardines, salm\u00f3) i les seves conserves, rovell d&#8217;ou, productes lactis sencers o enriquits i aliments fortificats.<\/p>\n<p>La vitamina D t\u00e9 un paper fonamental en el rendiment esportiu, per la qual cosa s&#8217;aconsella que, durant aquestes setmanes de confinament a casa, si \u00e9s possible, es prengui el sol durant 15-20 minuts a la terrassa, jard\u00ed o a trav\u00e9s de les finestres obertes. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important afegir al men\u00fa diari algun aliment ric en aquesta vitamina: amanida amb tonyina, salm\u00f3 a la planxa, sardinetes de llauna amb ou dur&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4>8. Cal seguir prenent suplements nutricionals?<\/h4>\n<p tabindex=\"0\">En aquests moments de confinament l&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s el manteniment de la forma f\u00edsica m\u00e9s que l&#8217;entrenament de qualitat. En general, aquest per\u00edode pot servir perqu\u00e8 els esportistes descansin de la presa de suplementaci\u00f3 prescrita per augmentar el rendiment esportiu. Si estan en tractament, o en cas de dubte, han de consultar amb el seu metge.<\/p>\n<h4 tabindex=\"0\">9. Descansar b\u00e9 \u00e9s molt important<\/h4>\n<p tabindex=\"0\">A l&#8217;igual que s&#8217;han de mantenir adequats h\u00e0bits diet\u00e8tics, cal tenir cura de la qualitat de la son. Mantenir l&#8217;horari habitual d&#8217;anar al llit i d&#8217;aixecar al mat\u00ed ajudar\u00e0 a preservar una rutina sana de descans nocturn. S&#8217;aconsella realitza l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica a la primera meitat del dia, limitar el consum de cafe\u00efna i evitar estar estirat durant la jornada. Si es fa la migdiada, que no sigui ni massa tard ni massa llarga. En la mesura del possible, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;evitar l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a llum procedent de dispositius electr\u00f2nics dues hores abans d&#8217;anar a dormir.<\/p>\n<h4 tabindex=\"0\">10. Davant del dubte, consulta amb un professional de la salut<\/h4>\n<p tabindex=\"0\">Hi ha legislaci\u00f3 a la Uni\u00f3 Europea i a Espanya sobre aliments, begudes i complements alimentaris a la qual es prohibeix que, a l&#8217;etiquetatge, la presentaci\u00f3 i la publicitat, \u00e9s a dir a la informaci\u00f3 a consumidor, s&#8217;atribueixi als mateixos la propietat de prevenir, tractar o curar malalties com la Covid-19, aix\u00ed com les complicacions derivades.
