{"id":88389,"date":"2020-03-12T15:41:10","date_gmt":"2020-03-12T15:41:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/?p=88389"},"modified":"2020-03-13T09:09:40","modified_gmt":"2020-03-13T09:09:40","slug":"gastronomia-i-ciencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/gastronomia-i-ciencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Gastronomia i ci\u00e8ncia"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Serra Majem i Aranceta participen a les sessions divulgatives del certamen &#8220;Gastronomia, sostenibilitat i salut: Gustoko 2020&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-lluis-serra-majem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Llu\u00eds Serra Majem<\/strong><\/a>, president de l&#8217;<strong>Acad\u00e8mia Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3<\/strong>, de la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 per a la Investigaci\u00f3 Nutricional<\/strong> i de l&#8217;ONG <strong>Nutrici\u00f3 Sense Fronteres<\/strong> i acad\u00e8mic de n\u00famero de la <strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia Europea de Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED), i el tamb\u00e9 acad\u00e8mic numerari <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-javier-aranceta-bartrina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Javier Aranceta<\/strong><\/a>, president del comit\u00e8 cient\u00edfic de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nutricioncomunitaria.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Societat Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3 Comunit\u00e0ria<\/strong><\/a> i president de la <a href=\"https:\/\/ehmea-rampv.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia de Medicina del Pa\u00eds Basc<\/strong><\/a>, van participar en la reuni\u00f3 cient\u00edfica que va acollir el certamen <strong>&#8220;Gastronomia, sostenibilitat i salut: Gustoko 2020&#8221;<\/strong>, que es va celebrar al <a href=\"https:\/\/bilbaoexhibitioncentre.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Bilbao Exhibition Centre<\/strong><\/a> (BEC) de Barakaldo entre els passats 6 i 8 de mar\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-88306\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Gustoko-2020.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"328\" height=\"224\" \/>Aquesta reconeguda fira de gastronomia i productes alimentaris va sumar a les propostes d&#8217;expositors i cuiners les aportacions de la comunitat cient\u00edfica en una trobada promoguda per<strong> Carmen P\u00e9rez Rodrigo<\/strong>, presidenta de la Societat Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3 Comunit\u00e0ria i habitual col\u00b7laboradora de la RAED. Altres experts que van participar a la cita van ser <strong>Purificaci\u00f3n Garc\u00eda Segovia<\/strong>, professora de Diet\u00e8tica de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/a>, i <strong>Luis Casis<\/strong>, catedr\u00e0tic de Fisiologia de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ehu.eus\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Universitat del Pa\u00eds Basc<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;esdeveniment va ser tamb\u00e9 el marc dels premis amb qu\u00e8 la Reial Acad\u00e8mia de Medicina del Pa\u00eds Basc reconeix als professionals del sector m\u00e9s destacats en apartats com la innovaci\u00f3, la traject\u00f2ria professional, l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia, la iniciativa jove o el seu comprom\u00eds amb els productes locals, entre d&#8217;altres categories. Un acte que va estar presidit per Javier Aranceta.<\/p>\n<p>La trobada cient\u00edfica va tenir un clar objectiu divulgatiu i es va adre\u00e7ar als professionals del sector i al p\u00fablic general que va visitar aquesta edici\u00f3 de Gustoko mitjan\u00e7ant una s\u00e8rie de xerrades de breu format, impartides per catedr\u00e0tics i experts en Nutrici\u00f3, Fisiologia o Medicina Preventiva. En elles es van abordar aspectes com els nous etiquetats de productes alimentaris en qu\u00e8 treballen les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes i l&#8217;Estat, els beneficis o perjudicis dels fregits i els nous productes de consum, en particular els anomenats productes ecol\u00f2gics, de producci\u00f3 sostenible i quil\u00f2metre 0. Sense oblidar l&#8217;anomenada Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia.
