{"id":40661,"date":"2018-01-30T10:12:47","date_gmt":"2018-01-30T10:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/raed.academy\/?p=40661"},"modified":"2018-01-31T16:44:01","modified_gmt":"2018-01-31T16:44:01","slug":"nanotecnologia-contra-el-cancer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/nanotecnologia-contra-el-cancer\/","title":{"rendered":"Nanotecnologia contra el c\u00e0ncer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Les nanoc\u00e0psules i les nanopart\u00edcules radiosensibilitzants permetran optimitzar la lluita contra les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cancer\u00edgenes minimitzant els efectes sobre les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules sanes<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-ferran-guedea-edo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ferran Guedea<\/strong><\/a>, catedr\u00e0tic d&#8217;Oncologia Radioter\u00e0pica de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ub.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Universitat de Barcelona<\/strong><\/a>, \u200b\u200bdirector d&#8217;Oncologia Radioter\u00e0pica de l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/ico.gencat.cat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Institut Catal\u00e0 d&#8217;Oncologia<\/strong><\/a> i acad\u00e8mic de n\u00famero de la <strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia Europea de Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED) ha realitzat al costat de la especialista <strong>In\u00e9s Guix<\/strong> l&#8217;estudi <strong>&#8220;Nanotecnolog\u00eda frente al c\u00e1ncer&#8221;<\/strong>, que ser\u00e0 publicat al proper n\u00famero de <strong>Tribuna Plural<\/strong>, la revista cient\u00edfica de la RAED.<\/p>\n<p>Guedea i Guix incideixen en dos aspectes de la nanomedicina que ja s&#8217;han demostrat efectius en la lluita contra el c\u00e0ncer: les nanoc\u00e0psules per a l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 de f\u00e0rmacs i les nanopart\u00edcules radiosensibilitzants, que se sumen a altres aplicacions de la nanotecnologia i nanomedicina en desenvolupament com ara els nanorobots , la fototer\u00e0pia, els nanomaterials per al c\u00e0lcul de dosimetries in vivo o les nanopart\u00edcules presentadores d&#8217;ant\u00edgens. Els estudiosos assenyalen com els f\u00e0rmacs cl\u00e0ssics que es fan servir a la quimioter\u00e0pia, un cop arriben al torrent sanguini, es distribueixen sist\u00e8micament per tot el cos i, en lloc d&#8217;atacar exclusivament al tumor, tamb\u00e9 fan mal a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules sanes que m\u00e9s proliferen. Les nanoc\u00e0psules, per\u00f2, aconsegueixen administrar els agents quimioter\u00e0pics en major quantitat a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules neopl\u00e0siques que a les sanes, reduint d&#8217;aquesta manera enormement la seva toxicitat.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_40564\" style=\"width: 210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-40564\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40564\" src=\"http:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Ferran-Guedea-Edo.jpg\" alt=\"Dr. Ferran Guedea Edo\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Ferran-Guedea-Edo.jpg 200w, https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Ferran-Guedea-Edo-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-40564\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Ferran Guedea Edo<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;Les estrat\u00e8gies que s&#8217;empren per crear els anomenats nanocarriers selectius, capa\u00e7os d&#8217;actuar espec\u00edficament sobre les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cancer\u00edgenes, s\u00f3n m\u00faltiples i molt diverses. Algunes nanoc\u00e0psules estan recobertes d&#8217;anticossos enfront d&#8217;ant\u00edgens tumorals, de manera que \u00fanicament s&#8217;adhereixen i s\u00f3n endocitades per les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules neopl\u00e0siques que ho expressen. Altres nanocarriers s\u00f3n quimiosensibles al pH o la temperatura i, en entrar en contacte amb mitjans \u00e0cids que superen els 38\u00baC, el que constitueix una caracter\u00edstica diferencial t\u00edpica dels microambients tumorals, es fragmenten i alliberen el f\u00e0rmac actiu. Aix\u00ed mateix , s&#8217;han dissenyat nanoc\u00e0psules capaces de respondre a ultrasons de tal manera que, en aplicar-los sobre la zona del cos on s&#8217;assenta el tumor, a la superf\u00edcie dels nanocarriers es formen porus que permeten la sortida de l&#8217;agent quimioter\u00e0pic en aquesta localitzaci\u00f3&#8221;, assenyala l&#8217;estudi.<\/p>\n<p>La radioter\u00e0pia, per la seva banda, tampoc aconsegueix evitar danyar tamb\u00e9 als \u00f2rgans sans malgrat que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cancer\u00edgenes s\u00f3n m\u00e9s fotosensibles. En aquest terreny, les nanopart\u00edcules radiosensibilitzants, formades per pol\u00edmers d&#8217;elements amb un elevat nombre at\u00f2mic, aconsegueixen ampliar enormement la finestra terap\u00e8utica de la radioter\u00e0pia i es fixen a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cancer\u00edgenes igual que les nanoc\u00e0psules.
