Per a l&#8217;expert, en un m\u00f3n marcat per la fragilitat institucional, la polaritzaci\u00f3, l&#8217;acceleraci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica i la fatiga emocional col\u00b7lectiva, el lideratge tradicional centrat en resultats, control i efici\u00e8ncia ha mostrat els seus l\u00edmits.<\/p>\n<p>Bonasa va afirmar en la seva intervenci\u00f3 que el lideratge ja no pot reduir-se a una funci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica o estrat\u00e8gica: s&#8217;ha convertit en un repte vital que exigeix sostenir vides, reconstruir confian\u00e7a i generar sentit. Davant equips esgotats, talent desconnectat i organitzacions que funcionen sense inspirar s&#8217;imposa un model de lideratge amb \u00e0nima. No com un concepte espiritual dif\u00fas, sin\u00f3 com una coher\u00e8ncia profunda entre prop\u00f2sit, conducta, valors i responsabilitat \u00e8tica. Aquest enfocament integra compet\u00e8ncia i humanitat, resultats i cura, estrat\u00e8gia i compassi\u00f3. Segons l&#8217;autor, l&#8217;\u00e0nima del lideratge resideix en el nucli de coher\u00e8ncia entre el que es pensa, se sent, es decideix i es fa. Es tracta de liderar reconeixent les persones com subjectes complets, amb hist\u00f2ria, vulnerabilitat i aspiracions, i no com a simples recursos.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acad\u00e8mic va exposar les dimensions clau d&#8217;aquest lideratge amb \u00e0nima: autoconeixement i autogovern per gestionar els mateixos l\u00edmits i biaixos per decidir amb lucidesa; coher\u00e8ncia \u00e8tica i exemplaritat per alinear discurs i pr\u00e0ctica, reconeixent errors; cura i benestar perqu\u00e8 les persones es desenvolupin sense deteriorar-se; escolta profunda i di\u00e0leg per fomentar confian\u00e7a en entorns polaritzats; inspiraci\u00f3 i sentit compartit per connectar el treball quotidiani amb un prop\u00f2sit major, i responsabilitat social i visi\u00f3 sist\u00e8mica per considerar l\u2019impacte m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3. Bonasa va argumentar que aquest tipus de lideratge genera cultures organitzacionals m\u00e9s saludables, augmenta la seguretat psicol\u00f2gica, redueix l&#8217;embafament professional i enforteix la cohesi\u00f3. El seu impacte transcendeix el terreny empresarial, ja que influeix en la societat en modelar formes de conviv\u00e8ncia, equitat i responsabilitat intergeneracional.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-156751\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/shutt-etica-empresarial-direccion-de-empresas-humanista-dst.webp\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/shutt-etica-empresarial-direccion-de-empresas-humanista-dst.webp 600w, https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/shutt-etica-empresarial-direccion-de-empresas-humanista-dst-440x264.webp 440w\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"360\" \/>L&#8217;autor va emmarcar aquest model en el que va definir com una nova era sense referents s\u00f2lids, on la desconfian\u00e7a, la incertesa i la immediatesa tecnol\u00f2gica erosionen la legitimitat dels l\u00edders. Davant d&#8217;aix\u00f2, va considerar, els reptes del segle XXI han de sostenir la tensi\u00f3 entre efic\u00e0cia i humanitat, gestionar la diversitat, assumir la responsabilitat emocional i mantenir la coher\u00e8ncia en un m\u00f3n d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 constant. A les seves conclusions, l&#8217;acad\u00e8mic va emfatitzar que les societats que aspirin a afrontar els grans desafiaments contemporanis necessitaran l\u00edders conscients que reconcili\u00efn poder i consci\u00e8ncia. No es tracta de figures heroiques, sin\u00f3 de referents d&#8217;humanitat que exerceixin la responsabilitat amb profunditat i humilitat.<\/p>\n<p>Expert en formaci\u00f3, motivaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament de talent, Bonasa atresora una \u00e0mplia experi\u00e8ncia com a gestor empresarial i l\u00edder d&#8217;equips humans.
