El recipiendari va llegir el discurs d&#8217;ingr\u00e9s <strong>&#8220;De la transmissi\u00f3 del coneixement a la creaci\u00f3 de valor: l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de la universitat de tercera generaci\u00f3&#8221;<\/strong>, en el que va abordar els reptes de la universitat a Llatinoam\u00e8rica i va proposar un nou model que va denominar la universitat de tercera generaci\u00f3, que situa la creaci\u00f3 de valor econ\u00f2mic com a principal missi\u00f3 institucional. Li va respondre en nom de la Reial Corporaci\u00f3 l&#8217;acad\u00e8mic de n\u00famero i vicepresident de la <strong>Junta de Govern <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-rafael-urrialde-de-andres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Rafael Urrialde<\/em><\/a><\/strong>. Unes dades, tot i aix\u00f2, que no han aconseguit transformar la realitat social com en altres regions que al seu dia presentaven marcadors com els llatinoamericans, ja que persisteixen les bretxes d&#8217;atur qualificat, el nivell salarial dels graduats ha anat disminuint i el fenomen dels joves que no estudien ni treballen continua sent elevat. Davant aquesta realitat, Crissien va presentar la seva disruptiva proposta, afirmat que Llatinoam\u00e8rica ja no necessita m\u00e9s universitats que produeixin coneixement, sin\u00f3 institucions que creuen valor econ\u00f2mic i social tangible.<\/p>\n<p>Per a l&#8217;expert, gran coneixedor del m\u00f3n acad\u00e8mic de la regi\u00f3, els models universitaris dominants -la universitat humboldtiana centrada en la recerca, la universitat emprenedora de <strong>Burton Clark<\/strong> i la Universitat de Tercera Generaci\u00f3 de Wissema, orientada a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica del coneixement- continuen sent insuficients per donar una resposta a aquesta realitat social en prioritzar la producci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica com a motor principal de desenvolupament, deixant la formaci\u00f3 de talent productiu en un segon pla. Davant d&#8217;aix\u00f2, proposa aquest model universitari de tercera generaci\u00f3 que aposta per la formaci\u00f3 de talent altament capacitat capa\u00e7 d&#8217;integrar-se al m\u00f3n laboral, donant resposta als problemes reals i generant valor econ\u00f2mic i social.<\/p>\n<p>A tall d&#8217;exemple, el nou acad\u00e8mic d&#8217;honor va presentar el model de la<strong> Universitat Iditek<\/strong>, que sota la filosofia &#8220;estudiar treballant, treballar aprenent&#8221; presenta un model curricular centrat a l&#8217;abordatge de problemes concrets i reals, un cofinan\u00e7ament amb el sector productiu i una sostenibilitat vinculada als seus resultats. &#8220;Am\u00e8rica Llatina no necessita m\u00e9s universitats. Necessita universitats diferents. L&#8217;expansi\u00f3 quantitativa de la matr\u00edcula, sense transformaci\u00f3 qualitativa del model institucional, est\u00e0 produint una generaci\u00f3 de joves amb t\u00edtols per\u00f2 sense traject\u00f2ries; amb coneixements per\u00f2 sense capacitats per crear valor; amb expectatives per\u00f2 sense futurs viables; amb credencials per\u00f2 sense compet\u00e8ncies per transformar les seves realitats econ\u00f2miques i socials&#8221;, va concloure l&#8217;expert.<\/p>\n<p>Crissien\u00a0\u00e9s investigador s\u00e8nior del <strong>Sistema\u00a0Colombi\u00e0\u00a0de\u00a0Ci\u00e8ncia\u00a0i\u00a0Tecnologia<\/strong>, membre del\u00a0<strong>Consell\u00a0Directiu\u00a0<\/strong>de l&#8217;<strong>Associaci\u00f3 Colombiana d&#8217;Universitats<\/strong> i del C<strong>onsell Departamental de Ci\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;Atl\u00e0ntic<\/strong>.
