Ventosa ha desenvolupat part de la seva tasca empresarial i de recerca a aquest pa\u00eds, on compta amb dues seus, a Ciutat de M\u00e8xic i Monterrey, de Human Performance, firma de refer\u00e8ncia en gesti\u00f3 del talent i efici\u00e8ncia organitzacional amb una \u00e0mplia experi\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;assessorament a firmes internacionals de primer nivell tamb\u00e9 localitzada a Madrid i Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>Per a l&#8217;acad\u00e8mic, el concepte corporatiu de comunitat, tant de portes endins com a la seva projecci\u00f3 exterior, ha esdevingut un factor clau per al rendiment empresarial, ja que influeix directament a la rendibilitat, la productivitat i la capacitat de retenir talent. Durant anys, la cultura organitzacional va ser vista com un element &#8220;tou&#8221;, per\u00f2 actualment es reconeix com una variable estrat\u00e8gica per executar amb \u00e8xit l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia de negoci, assenyala. Per aix\u00f2, el reportatge, firmat per la periodista <strong>Alicia Jaramillo<\/strong>, aporta dades concloents: les empreses amb alts nivells de comprom\u00eds dels seus empleats poden augmentar fins a un 21% la seva rendibilitat i un 17% la seva productivitat, el que demostra que la cultura interna impacta a l&#8217;acompliment operatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Ventosa assenyala que moltes organitzacions fracassen no per falta d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 la seva cultura interna no est\u00e0 preparada per implementar-la. Tot i que la majoria dels directius considera que una cultura forta \u00e9s essencial per a l&#8217;\u00e8xit, poques empreses aconsegueixen alinear realment els seus valors i comportaments amb els seus objectius estrat\u00e8gics.
