El recipiendari ha llegit el discurs d&#8217;ingr\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Creando-valor-a-traves-de-las-personas-y-sus-directivos-por-Alfonso-Jimenez-Fernandez.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>&#8220;Creando valor a trav\u00e9s de las personas y sus directivos&#8221;<\/strong><\/a>, en el qual advoca per transformar les plantilles en un factor productiu clau per a tota mena d&#8217;empreses i organitzacions que vagi m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del rendiment o la productivitat per convertir-se al principal mecanisme de projecci\u00f3 corporativa. En un entorn empresarial cada vegada m\u00e9s incert i competitiu, el veritable valor diferencial no rau tant a la tecnologia o als processos, com a la capacitat de les persones per aprendre, col\u00b7laborar i comprometre&#8217;s amb un prop\u00f2sit com\u00fa. &#8220;Crear valor mitjan\u00e7ant les persones implica recon\u00e8ixer el seu talent com a un actiu estrat\u00e8gic i no com a un recurs prescindible. Requereix fomentar entorns de feina als quals prioritzi la confian\u00e7a, l&#8217;autonomia i el desenvolupament professional. Les organitzacions que aposten pel creixement dels seus equips, que escolten i valoren les contribucions individuals, aconsegueixen resultats m\u00e9s sostenibles i una capacitat m\u00e9s gran d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed mateix, el lideratge juga un paper decisiu. Els bons l\u00edders no s\u00f3n els que controlen, sin\u00f3 els que inspiren; no els que exigeixen obedi\u00e8ncia, sin\u00f3 els que generen sentit i prop\u00f2sit. Un lideratge centrat a les persones impulsa el comprom\u00eds i converteix els objectius empresarials en metes compartides. Cal repensar la gesti\u00f3 empresarial des d&#8217;una perspectiva m\u00e9s humana. En la que la productivitat i la rendibilitat no s&#8217;oposen al benestar, sin\u00f3 que es reforcen m\u00fatuament. Perqu\u00e8 quan les persones creixen, les empreses prosperen. I quan les organitzacions reconeixen el valor de cada individu, esdevenen motors de progr\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic i social&#8221;, ha resumit el nou acad\u00e8mic les seves tesis.<\/p>\n<p>Jim\u00e9nez ha estructurat la seva an\u00e0lisi entorn de tres factors que optimitzen la gesti\u00f3 de les persones dins de l&#8217;\u00f2rgan corporatiu: les compet\u00e8ncies, el comprom\u00eds i el context organitzatiu. Les compet\u00e8ncies representen el saber i la capacitat t\u00e8cnica i relacional de les persones; el comprom\u00eds reflecteix la seva motivaci\u00f3 i disposici\u00f3 a aportar valor m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;estrictament exigit i el context organitzatiu inclou elements com la cultura, el lideratge i els sistemes organitzatius, que poden potenciar o limitar el rendiment. Jim\u00e9nez ha subratllat que el comprom\u00eds actua com un factor multiplicador de l&#8217;acompliment i que la seva gesti\u00f3 es converteix en un element cr\u00edtic en un context en el qual la fidelitzaci\u00f3 del talent resulta cada vegada m\u00e9s complexa. Aix\u00ed mateix, ha destacat que el lideratge s&#8217;ha d&#8217;orientar menys al control i m\u00e9s a la generaci\u00f3 de prop\u00f2sit, confian\u00e7a i alineament, creant entorns en els quals les persones puguin desenvolupar el seu potencial i contribuir a l&#8217;\u00e8xit col\u00b7lectiu. El nou acad\u00e8mic ha situat aquest nou model de gesti\u00f3 de recursos humans dins del marc de profundes transformacions estructurals del mercat laboral, com l&#8217;envelliment de la poblaci\u00f3, la reducci\u00f3 de la natalitat, els canvis en els valors socials i la creixent compet\u00e8ncia pel talent. Aquests factors, ha considerat, obliguen les organitzacions a adoptar una visi\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica de llarg termini que inclogui pol\u00edtiques de desenvolupament, retenci\u00f3 i avaluaci\u00f3 del capital hum\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La gesti\u00f3 de la diversitat, la definici\u00f3 d&#8217;una proposta de valor a l&#8217;empleat coherent i el desenvolupament d&#8217;una marca ocupadora cre\u00efble constitueixen palanques clau per ampliar la base de talent, refor\u00e7ar el comprom\u00eds i diferenciar les organitzacions al mercat laboral. No obstant aix\u00f2, aquestes palanques nom\u00e9s despleguen tot el seu potencial quan estan alineades amb la realitat interna de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3. En aquest sentit, el lideratge i la qualitat directiva emergeixen com a elements decisius. Els directius actuen com a traductors de l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia en comportaments concrets i com a referents culturals per als seus equips. La seva influ\u00e8ncia sobre el comprom\u00eds, la confian\u00e7a i la coher\u00e8ncia organitzativa resulta determinant per a la creaci\u00f3 de valor a trav\u00e9s de les persones. La creaci\u00f3 de valor a trav\u00e9s de les persones no \u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de bones intencions ni de modes passatgeres. \u00c9s una exig\u00e8ncia estrat\u00e8gica per a les organitzacions que aspiren a ser sostenibles en entorns complexos i incerts. Quan les persones creixen, les organitzacions prosperen. I quan les empreses reconeixen i gestionen adequadament el valor de cada individu, contribueixen no nom\u00e9s al seu propi \u00e8xit, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 al progr\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic i social en un sentit m\u00e9s ampli&#8221;, ha concl\u00f2s el recipiendari.<\/p>\n<p>Reconegut especialista en mercat de treball, organitzaci\u00f3, recursos humans i talent, Jim\u00e9nez ha desenvolupat la seva traject\u00f2ria professional a consultores internacionals de refer\u00e8ncia com <strong>Arthur Andersen<\/strong>, <strong>Andersen Consulting<\/strong>, <strong>Watson Wyatt<\/strong> -firma de la qual va ser conseller i CEO per a Espanya- i <strong>PeopleMatters<\/strong>, empresa que va fundar l&#8217;any 2003, a m\u00e9s de Recruiting Erasmus, una plataforma digital per a l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a un talent jove diferencial. Ha estat director de programes acad\u00e8mics i docent en diverses universitats i escoles de negoci com la <strong>Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Madrid<\/strong>, <strong>IE Business School<\/strong>,
