El recipiendari va llegir el discurs d&#8217;ingr\u00e9s <strong>&#8220;Organitzacions amb \u00e0nima: el nou paradigma del lideratge humanista al segle XXI&#8221;<\/strong>, en el qual proposa un gir radical a la manera de concebre el lideratge i la gesti\u00f3 empresarial amb els equips humans com protagonistes, reempla\u00e7ant al compte de resultats com a focus de l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia corporativa. Li va respondre en nom de la Reial Corporaci\u00f3 l&#8217;acad\u00e8mic numerari i vicepresident <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-joaquim-gironella-coll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Joaquim Gironella<\/strong><\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El nou acad\u00e8mic va plantejar durant la seva intervenci\u00f3 que les empreses i altres organitzacions de gesti\u00f3 de recursos i serveis han de deixar de ser enteses com a m\u00e0quines d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia per convertir-se en sistemes vius, on les relacions humanes, el benestar i l&#8217;\u00e8tica constitueixin el nucli del seu funcionament. En aquest sentit, Bonasa defensa que el lideratge empresarial no pot continuar basant-se exclusivament a m\u00e8triques financeres, control jer\u00e0rquic i optimitzaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica. Davant d&#8217;aix\u00f2, introdueix el concepte de lideratge amb \u00e0nima, un model que situa l&#8217;autoconeixement, l&#8217;autogesti\u00f3, l&#8217;empatia i el comprom\u00eds \u00e8tic com pilars de la direcci\u00f3. Aquest enfocament, segons l&#8217;autor, \u00e9s avui dia, davant un consumidor i usuari cada cop m\u00e9s informat i conscienciat, estrat\u00e8gic i necessari per a la sostenibilitat de les organitzacions.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-178449 alignright size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Dr-Ignacio-Bonasa-Alzuria-0.73-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"230\" height=\"317\" \/>Al seu discurs, el recipiendari va subratllar que el benestar no \u00e9s un complement de la productivitat, sin\u00f3 la seva condici\u00f3 de possibilitat. Per a l&#8217;expert, les organitzacions que cuiden els seus equips generen m\u00e9s confian\u00e7a, menor rotaci\u00f3 i cultures m\u00e9s innovadores. Per avaluar aquest proc\u00e9s que el mateix autor defineix com d&#8217;humanitzaci\u00f3 organitzacional, Bonasa proposa indicadors espec\u00edfics com l&#8217;\u00cdndex de Clima Emocional, l&#8217;\u00cdndex d\u2019Integritat \u00c8tica i un \u00cdndex d&#8217;Humanitzaci\u00f3 Organitzacional que vincula benestar amb resultats. Un altre eix central en la seva reflexi\u00f3 va ser l&#8217;impacte que la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial t\u00e9 i tindr\u00e0 al m\u00f3n laboral. En aquesta evoluci\u00f3 imparable cap a un nou model productiu, per al nou acad\u00e8mic el principal risc no \u00e9s que les m\u00e0quines substitueixin les persones, sin\u00f3 que les persones adoptin l\u00f2giques mec\u00e0niques i perdin judici \u00e8tic, sensibilitat i responsabilitat moral. La intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial, per a Bonasa, pot ser una aliada del progr\u00e9s, per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s si est\u00e0 governada per criteris humanistes clars i deliberaci\u00f3 conscient.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;autor va insistir tamb\u00e9 que el lideratge amb \u00e0nima t\u00e9 una dimensi\u00f3 social i les organitzacions han de convertir-se en agents de benestar col\u00b7lectiu, alineant-se amb els <strong>Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible<\/strong> establerts per les Nacions Unides i contribuint a comunitats m\u00e9s justes, solid\u00e0ries i cohesionades. L&#8217;empresa deixa aix\u00ed de ser un final en si mateixa per transformar-se en un medi al servei del b\u00e9 com\u00fa, ja que la constituci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes organitzacions amb \u00e0nima no significa un simple canvi cosm\u00e8tic, sin\u00f3 estructural. Implica modificar maneres de decidir, de comunicar i de mesurar l&#8217;\u00e8xit, integrant la coher\u00e8ncia \u00e8tica en cada proc\u00e9s. Un nou paradigma que representa una aut\u00e8ntica for\u00e7a civilitzadora capa\u00e7 de reconciliar progr\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic i dignitat humana a l&#8217;era digital, va afegir l&#8217;expert.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El repte queda obert: convertir cada organitzaci\u00f3 en un espai on els indicadors num\u00e8rics siguin nom\u00e9s una part del mapa complet i on el benestar compartit, la integritat viscuda dia a dia i el prop\u00f2sit profund marquin el pols real. Qui assumeixi aquest cam\u00ed haur\u00e0 d&#8217;acceptar revisions constants, aprendre des de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia col\u00b7lectiva i projectar la seva acci\u00f3 pensant sempre a l&#8217;impacte ampli m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del temps present. Perqu\u00e8 si alguna cosa queda clara despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest recorregut \u00e9s que una organitzaci\u00f3 amb \u00e0nima no nom\u00e9s produeix b\u00e9ns o serveis; produeix sentit compartit, enforteix el teixit social i lliura un llegat durador el valor del qual es mesurar\u00e0 menys per xifres immediates que per haver estat capa\u00e7 de millorar vides conservant \u00edntegra la seva pr\u00f2pia humanitat&#8221;, va concloure.<\/p>\n<p>Expert en formaci\u00f3, motivaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament de talent, Bonasa atresora una \u00e0mplia experi\u00e8ncia com a gestor empresarial i l\u00edder d&#8217;equips humans.
