L&#8217;article forma part de l&#8217;obra <strong>&#8220;Fundamentos de la empresa familiar&#8221;<\/strong> (Aranzadi), editada per l&#8217;<strong>Institut de l&#8217;Empresa Familiar<\/strong> i la seva <strong>Xarxa de C\u00e0tedres<\/strong> amb el suport de les firmes <strong>Cuatrecasas<\/strong> i <strong>BDO<\/strong>. El llibre aplega el coneixement i l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00e0ctica de destacats experts que analitzen aspectes clau d&#8217;aquest model de negoci com ara la regulaci\u00f3 jur\u00eddica, el bon govern, la sostenibilitat, la globalitzaci\u00f3 i la innovaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica, oferint eines per consolidar i garantir la continu\u00eftat de l&#8217;empresa familiar, considerada essencial per al desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic de les economies europees. Amb un enfocament pr\u00e0ctic i transversal, aborda els reptes \u00fanics que sorgeixen de la interacci\u00f3 entre fam\u00edlia i empresa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;L&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia d&#8217;internacionalitzaci\u00f3 obliga a utilitzar la ind\u00fastria com a unitat d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi en comptes de l&#8217;empresa. Aquest canvi ens permet classificar les ind\u00fastries com ind\u00fastries globals o com ind\u00fastries multipa\u00eds, en funci\u00f3 de les caracter\u00edstiques de la compet\u00e8ncia en les esmentades ind\u00fastries. A les primeres, la compet\u00e8ncia de les empreses \u00e9s similar a tots els pa\u00efsos en els quals operen, mentre que a les ind\u00fastries multipa\u00eds les empreses competeixen de manera diferent a cada pa\u00eds. Les ind\u00fastries s\u00f3n globals o multipa\u00eds en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;oferta i de l&#8217;accessibilitat al mercat. Les empreses poden formular les estrat\u00e8gies per competir internacionalment, segons el grau de globalitzaci\u00f3 de les ind\u00fastries, tenint en compte tant la pressi\u00f3 per reduir costos com la pressi\u00f3 per a l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 local&#8221;, introdueix l&#8217;expert el seu cap\u00edtol.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acad\u00e8mic destaca que el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;internacionalitzaci\u00f3 ja no \u00e9s exclusiu de grans corporacions, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s adoptat per mitjanes i petites empreses per aprofitar recursos, reduir costos, diversificar i captar oportunitats en mercats exteriors. Per aix\u00f2, insta els gestors empresarials a identificar motivacions internes, com la reducci\u00f3 de costos, la mida i les capacitats de l&#8217;empresa, i motivacions externes, incloent-hi el cicle de vida de la ind\u00fastria, la demanda, la compet\u00e8ncia i la globalitzaci\u00f3. L&#8217;article classifica els mercats i les ind\u00fastries segons els entrebancs i caracter\u00edstiques de la demanda per establir les estrat\u00e8gies d&#8217;entrada al mercat exterior, sigui via exportaci\u00f3 directa o indirecta, models de llic\u00e8ncies o franqu\u00edcies o inversi\u00f3 directa mitjan\u00e7ant filials i Joint Ventures.<\/p>\n<p>Al cas particular de les empreses familiars, subratlla la import\u00e0ncia de comptar amb un pla estrat\u00e8gic alineat amb els objectius a llarg termini, considerant factors com la ind\u00fastria, els pa\u00efsos de destinaci\u00f3 i les estrat\u00e8gies d&#8217;entrada. L&#8217;elecci\u00f3 del pa\u00eds requereix una an\u00e0lisi detallada de les condicions macroecon\u00f2miques, culturals i competitives. Hern\u00e1ndez Perlines destaca que l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 cultural i tecnol\u00f2gica \u00e9s fonamental per competir competitivament a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit global. Tot i que la inversi\u00f3 directa implica m\u00e9s riscos, pot ser l&#8217;opci\u00f3 m\u00e9s adequada per seguir clients clau o protegir recursos estrat\u00e8gics. La cohesi\u00f3 familiar i l&#8217;aprenentatge a partir de casos d&#8217;\u00e8xit s\u00f3n elements clau per aconseguir una internacionalitzaci\u00f3 exitosa, que al seu torn pot proporcionar avantatges competitius i assegurar la continu\u00eftat de l&#8217;empresa familiar al mercat global.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-157607\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/empresa-familiar-trabajo-oficina-no-atrib-pixabay.com-dst.webp\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/empresa-familiar-trabajo-oficina-no-atrib-pixabay.com-dst.webp 600w, https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/empresa-familiar-trabajo-oficina-no-atrib-pixabay.com-dst-440x264.webp 440w\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"360\" \/>Expert en empresa familiar, Hern\u00e1ndez Perlines va ingressar a la RAED el juny del 2023 amb el discurs <strong>&#8220;La riquesa socioemocional: factor clau en la investigaci\u00f3 sobre empresa familiar&#8221;<\/strong>, en el qual va analitzar la situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest model empresarial i va avan\u00e7ar tant els seus reptes de futur com les noves l\u00ednies de recerca sobre aquest tipus de negoci que presenta enormes avantatges competitius al mercat malgrat els seus recurrents problemes de m\u00fascul econ\u00f2mic. Aix\u00ed mateix, va ingressar l&#8217;abril passat a l&#8217;<strong>Acad\u00e8mia de Ci\u00e8ncies, Enginyeries i Humanitats de Lanzarote<\/strong> dins del marc de la <strong>VII Trobada Cient\u00edfica Nacional<\/strong> de la RAED, aquesta vegada amb el discurs <strong>&#8220;La \u00e9tica como valor fundamental de las empresas familiares&#8221;<\/strong>, en el que va tra\u00e7ar els reptes d&#8217;aquestes societats mercantils en una era marcada per una nova consci\u00e8ncia del consumidor i del client en tota mena de negocis.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acad\u00e8mic va ser incl\u00f2s l&#8217;any passat en el prestigi\u00f3s<strong> Ranking Top 2% dels Millors Investigadors del M\u00f3n<\/strong> que elabora la <strong>Universitat d&#8217;Stanford<\/strong> i la firma <strong>Elsevier<\/strong> tenint en compte m\u00e8triques d&#8217;impacte i influ\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica per avaluar a investigadors de totes les disciplines que s\u00f3n un referent per a la comunitat acad\u00e8mica mundial. El reconeixement a Hern\u00e1ndez Perlines destaca la seva excepcional traject\u00f2ria en investigaci\u00f3 i la seva contribuci\u00f3 a l&#8217;aven\u00e7 del coneixement en el seu camp d&#8217;estudi. L&#8217;expert, aix\u00ed mateix, va presidir l&#8217;estiu passat el <strong>Comit\u00e8 Organitzador<\/strong> del <strong>XXXVIII Congr\u00e9s Anual de l&#8217;Acad\u00e8mia Europea de Direcci\u00f3 i Economia de l&#8217;Empresa<\/strong>, que es va celebrar a Toledo amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la Universitat de Castella-la Manxa sota el t\u00edtol <strong>&#8220;Emprendimiento generativo, prioridades empresariales y retos digitales&#8221;<\/strong>.
