Un estudi que recopila les troballes dels \u00faltims estudis que exploren el paper de la reprogramaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular en l\u2019envelliment i les malalties relacionades amb l\u2019edat.<\/p>\n<p>El treball explora els descobriments recents entorn dels factors biol\u00f2gics de l\u2019envelliment i de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare i els mecanismes subjacents a les malalties degeneratives, aturant-se en l\u2019\u00fas dels denominats factors de Yamanaka (Oct4, Sox2, Klf4 i c-Myc, coneguts com a OSKM) per induir la reprogramaci\u00f3 m\u00f2bil parcial amb l\u2019objectiu de rejovenir fenotips cel\u00b7lulars i millorar la regeneraci\u00f3 tissular en models de ratol\u00ed. Els estudis destaquen que la inducci\u00f3 c\u00edclica d\u2019aquests factors pot augmentar la capacitat regenerativa a m\u00fasculs i p\u00e0ncrees, millorar la toler\u00e0ncia a la glucosa i reduir els marcadors d\u2019envelliment sense causar formaci\u00f3 de tumors.<\/p>\n<p>Els autors detallen els m\u00e8todes experimentals utilitzats, incloent l\u2019\u00fas de l\u00ednies cel\u00b7lulars, an\u00e0lisis histol\u00f2giques i t\u00e8cniques de biologia molecular com la immunohistoqu\u00edmica i la qPCR. Els resultats suggereixen que la reprogramaci\u00f3 parcial pot revertir marcadors cel\u00b7lulars associats a l\u2019envelliment, millorar la funci\u00f3 fisiol\u00f2gica i estendre la vida \u00fatil en models de ratolins\u00a0progeroides\u00a0i de tipus salvatge. A m\u00e9s, observen una remodelaci\u00f3 epigen\u00e8tica que podria ser clau per combatre l\u2019envelliment i les malalties relacionades.\u00a0L\u2019an\u00e0lisi de la funci\u00f3 pancre\u00e0tica i la regeneraci\u00f3 muscular en ratolins de diferents edats revela difer\u00e8ncies significatives en la resposta a lesions i en l\u2019expressi\u00f3 g\u00e8nica, la qual cosa subratlla la import\u00e0ncia de l\u2019edat en la capacitat regenerativa. Estudis in vitro han demostrat que la reprogramaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular pluripotencial reverteix l\u2019edat cel\u00b7lular, per\u00f2 l\u2019alteraci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s d\u2019envelliment a trav\u00e9s de la reprogramaci\u00f3 no s\u2019ha demostrat directament in vivo. La millora dels fenotips associats a l\u2019edat per remodelaci\u00f3 epigen\u00e8tica durant la reprogramaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular ressalta el paper de la desregulaci\u00f3 epigen\u00e8tica com a impulsor de l\u2019envelliment mam\u00edfer.
