{"id":142401,"date":"2023-12-15T13:01:35","date_gmt":"2023-12-15T13:01:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/?p=142401"},"modified":"2023-12-15T13:12:20","modified_gmt":"2023-12-15T13:12:20","slug":"la-bioeconomia-una-nova-cultura-i-una-nova-oportunitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/la-bioeconomia-una-nova-cultura-i-una-nova-oportunitat\/","title":{"rendered":"La bioeconomia, una nova cultura i una nova oportunitat"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_142337\" style=\"width: 410px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-142337\" class=\"wp-image-142337 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Rafael-urrialde-de-andres-academico-de-numero.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"449\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-142337\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Rafael Urrialde<\/p><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-rafael-urrialde-de-andres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Rafael Urrialde<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, professor del Departament de Gen\u00e8tica, Fisiologia i Microbiologia de la <strong>Universitat Complutense de Madrid<\/strong> i del Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Farmac\u00e8utiques i de la Salut de la <strong>Universitat CEU-San Pablo<\/strong>, president de la <strong>Comissi\u00f3 Cient\u00edfica<\/strong> de la<strong> Societat Espanyola de Medicina de l&#8217;Esport<\/strong>, vocal de la<strong>\u00a0Junta Directiva\u00a0<\/strong>de la\u00a0<strong>Societat Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3<\/strong>, membre del\u00a0<strong>Patronat\u00a0<\/strong>de la<strong>\u00a0Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3<\/strong>, acad\u00e8mic d&#8217;honor de l&#8217;<strong>Acad\u00e8mia Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3 i Diet\u00e8tica<\/strong> i acad\u00e8mic de nombre i membre de la <strong>Junta de Govern<\/strong> de la <strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED), reflexiona sobre el reaprofitament alimentari i l&#8217;economia circular al sector de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;article <strong> &#8220;\u00a1No lo tires, aprov\u00e9chalo, es bioeconom\u00eda!&#8221;<\/strong>, que signa juntament amb les investigadores <strong>Elena P\u00e9rez-Urria<\/strong>, <strong>Beatriz Pintos<\/strong> i <strong>Arancha G\u00f3mez<\/strong>. El treball es va publicar al volum 24 (n\u00famero 4) de la <strong>&#8220;Revista Digital Universitaria&#8221;<\/strong> de la <strong>Universitat Nacional Aut\u00f2noma de M\u00e8xic<\/strong>, corresponent als mesos de juliol i agost del 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La humanitat t\u00e9 al davant grans reptes, entre ells produir aliments i energia per a una poblaci\u00f3 mundial de gaireb\u00e9 8.000 milions de persones. Aquesta producci\u00f3 ha de ser compatible amb el manteniment i millora, si \u00e9s possible, dels mitjans i entorns naturals o agr\u00edcoles. En cas de no ser aix\u00ed, aquests mitjans s&#8217;esgotaran, es destruiran i no hi haur\u00e0 possibilitat de produir res, mat\u00e8ries primeres (aliments, materials o energia), que sostenen les nostres societats. D&#8217;altra banda, el sector agroalimentari genera multitud de residus que poden ser aprofitats per obtenir una varietat de productes d&#8217;alt valor que poden ser utilitzats en agricultura, alimentaci\u00f3 o com a mat\u00e8ria per generar energia, d&#8217;aqu\u00ed neix la necessitat d&#8217;aprofitar els residus biol\u00f2gics, els residus de l&#8217;agricultura i l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i contribuir a millorar els sistemes de producci\u00f3. La bioeconomia es presenta com una estrat\u00e8gia per assolir aquesta meta&#8221;, assenyalen els autors en la presentaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;article.<\/p>\n<p>Els experts consideren que la bioeconomia implica, segons la definici\u00f3 de la <strong>Comissi\u00f3 Europea<\/strong>, fer servir recursos biol\u00f2gics renovables de la terra i el mar, com ara cultius, boscos, peixos, animals i microorganismes per produir aliments, materials i energia. Un exemple s\u00f3n els residus vegetals, com ara fulles, tiges, closques o pells, que poden ser processats per obtenir biocombustibles, biomaterials, aliments per a la ramaderia o per extreure compostos qu\u00edmics valuosos en ind\u00fastries com l&#8217;aliment\u00e0ria, farmac\u00e8utica o t\u00e8xtil. Molts aspectes de la bioeconomia van m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels objectius de l&#8217;economia circular, ja que involucren noves funcionalitats de productes i serveis, cosa que implica molt m\u00e9s que simplement mantenir el valor de les coses durant el m\u00e0xim temps possible. La bioeconomia obre la porta a una interessant oportunitat de negoci que, per als signants, comporta un treball col\u00b7laboratiu a tots els nivells -local, regional i nacional- i t\u00e9 beneficis en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit global per fer front als desafiaments ambientals, socials i econ\u00f2mics que sorgeixen de la producci\u00f3 i el consum d&#8217;aliments, aix\u00ed com de la generaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua de residus agroalimentaris.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-142340 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/bioeconomia-empresa-mundo-sostenibilidad-arboles-monedas.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"535\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/bioeconomia-empresa-mundo-sostenibilidad-arboles-monedas.webp 600w, https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/bioeconomia-empresa-mundo-sostenibilidad-arboles-monedas-440x264.webp 440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 535px) 100vw, 535px\" \/>D&#8217;altra banda, Urrialde va participar el passat 11 de desembre a la jornada <strong>&#8220;Pasado, presente y futuro de la alimentaci\u00f3n y la nutrici\u00f3n&#8221;<\/strong>, organitzada per la Societat Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3 amb motiu del seu 45\u00e8 aniversari, amb la pon\u00e8ncia <strong>&#8220;Edulcorantes: seguridad y uso en alimentos y bebidas en la Uni\u00f3n Europea&#8221;<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 va abordar la pol\u00e8mica suscitada per l&#8217;<strong>Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut<\/strong> despr\u00e9s de desaconsellar-ne l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;alguns com la sacarina o l&#8217;est\u00e8via, no perqu\u00e8 el seu \u00fas suposi un risc per a salut, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 no ajuden a controlar el pes i el seu \u00fas pot augmentar el risc de diabetis i malalties cardiovasculars.<\/p>\n<p>Reconegut expert en la regulaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria, Urrialde \u00e9s autor i coautor de publicacions cient\u00edfiques relacionades amb l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 nutricional.
