L&#8217;acad\u00e8mic va atorgar el<strong> Premi Gran Empresa amb Consell<\/strong> a la seva categoria de plata, que va correspondre a l&#8217;entitat financera <strong>CaixaBank<\/strong>. Ho va recollir la seva directora comercial, <strong>Lola Pe\u00f1as<\/strong>. El premi va correspondre en la seva categoria d&#8217;or a la tecnol\u00f2gica <strong>Dell Computer<\/strong> i en la seva categoria de bronze a <strong>Seguros Santa Luc\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El lliurament de premis va coincidir aquest any amb la presentaci\u00f3 del primer <strong>R\u00e0nquing d&#8217;Empreses per la Igualtat<\/strong>, una classificaci\u00f3 que se suma a l&#8217;<strong>\u00cdndex Empresarial d&#8217;Igualtat<\/strong> de la <a href=\"https:\/\/womanforward.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Woman Forward<\/strong><\/a> per visibilitzar les dones directives i les seves empreses com a models per a altres empreses que no han explorat els beneficis de la igualtat. Aquest r\u00e0nquing parteix de l&#8217;estudi <strong>&#8220;La percepci\u00f3n de los hombres sobre la igualdad en la empresa espa\u00f1ola&#8221;<\/strong>, realitzat per la mateixa Fundaci\u00f3 i que conclou que una tercera part dels consellers delegats, presidents, consellers i alts directius perceben de manera igualit\u00e0ria homes i dones a les esferes professional i personal. &#8220;Amb l&#8217;objectiu de visibilitzar aquestes empreses a trav\u00e9s del comprom\u00eds dels seus CEO amb la igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats, la <a href=\"https:\/\/womanforward.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Woman Forward<\/strong><\/a> ha decidit elaborar un R\u00e0nquing d&#8217;Empreses per la Igualtat a trav\u00e9s de la seva participaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;\u00cdndex Empresarial d&#8217;Igualtat de la seva plataforma cloud <strong>@Diversita<\/strong>&#8220;, van explicar els promotors de la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, <strong>Mirian Izquierdo<\/strong>, presidenta de la Fundaci\u00f3, es va felicitar durant la presentaci\u00f3 pel nombre creixent de grans empreses que donen suport activament a la igualtat home-dona i compten cada vegada amb m\u00e9s dones en llocs de responsabilitat i gesti\u00f3. &#8220;Celebrem que cada cop hi hagi m\u00e9s empreses i CEO que no nom\u00e9s en parlen, sin\u00f3 que actuen; que no nom\u00e9s prediquen, sin\u00f3 que practiquen, i que han demostrat que la igualtat no \u00e9s una p\u00e8rdua, sin\u00f3 un guany per a tots. Aquest r\u00e0nquing visibilitza als CEO i les empreses que poden ser palanques del canvi per la igualtat i model a seguir per empreses menys conven\u00e7udes sobre els beneficis de la igualtat&#8221;, va assegurar.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_131197\" style=\"width: 371px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-131197\" class=\"wp-image-131197\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Aldo-Olcese-Destacada.webp\" alt=\"Dr. Aldo Olcese\" width=\"361\" height=\"216\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Aldo-Olcese-Destacada.webp 600w, https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Aldo-Olcese-Destacada-440x264.webp 440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 361px) 100vw, 361px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-131197\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Aldo Olcese<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Per la seva banda, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez-Ruiz<\/strong>, secretari general de la <strong>Confederaci\u00f3 Espanyola d&#8217;Organitzacions Empresarials<\/strong> (CEOE), tamb\u00e9 va ressenyar el potencial competitiu de la igualtat a l&#8217;estructura empresarial. &#8220;La igualtat de g\u00e8nere al lloc de treball \u00e9s essencial per crear un ambient laboral just i igualitari per a tots els empleats. Promoure la diversitat i la inclusi\u00f3, eliminar les barreres per al desenvolupament professional de les dones i fomentar una cultura inclusiva milloren la satisfacci\u00f3 i el comprom\u00eds dels empleats i contribueixen a una societat m\u00e9s justa i igualit\u00e0ria&#8221;, va afirmar.<\/p>\n<p>Les xifres oficials, per\u00f2, assenyalen la igualtat i les pol\u00edtiques com una assignatura pendent de l&#8217;empresa espanyola. Avui en dia, i malgrat que ho marca la llei, encara hi ha un 61% d&#8217;empreses de m\u00e9s de 50 treballadors que encara no han registrat el seu Pla d&#8217;Igualtat, en molts casos per manca de negociaci\u00f3 amb els representants sindicals.
