El recipiendari va llegir el discurs d&#8217;ingr\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/santiago-ferrada-castro-expansion-de-empresas-retail-en-eeuu_compr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>&#8220;Expansi\u00f3 d&#8217;empreses &#8216;retail&#8217; als Estats Units&#8221;<\/strong><\/a>. Li va respondre en nom de la Reial Corporaci\u00f3 l&#8217;acad\u00e8mic de n\u00famero <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/academicos\/dr-jose-daniel-barquero-cabrero\/\"><strong>Jos\u00e9 Daniel Barquero<\/strong><\/a>. El nou acad\u00e8mic ha contribu\u00eft al desenvolupament internacional de firmes com <strong>Decathlon, Bestseller<\/strong>,<strong> Pili Carrera<\/strong>,<strong> Sole Technology <\/strong>i<strong> Gympass<\/strong>, \u00e9s membre d&#8217;honor del <strong>Consell Superior Europeu de Doctors<\/strong> i va ser reconegut amb la <strong>Menci\u00f3 al M\u00e8rit Professional<\/strong> <strong>d&#8217;ESERP Business &amp; Law School.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la seva exposici\u00f3, Ferrada va analitzar la nova realitat al m\u00f3n de la moda, amb tend\u00e8ncies com el comer\u00e7 en l\u00ednia que ha accelerat la pand\u00e8mia, centrant el seu estudi al mercat dels Estats Units, els h\u00e0bits de consum dels seus ciutadans, l&#8217;impacte del retail a la seva economia i les caracter\u00edstiques de les exportacions de productes dirigits al consumidor final en aquest mercat. Aix\u00ed mateix, va apuntar alguns casos d&#8217;\u00e8xit al mercat del retal nord-americ\u00e0. Com a paradigma, va apuntar l&#8217;exemple d&#8217;<strong>Inditex<\/strong>, la firma gallega que ha triomfat al mercat internacional amb un model propi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;L&#8217;avantatge competitiu d&#8217;Inditex \u00e9s el model <em>&#8216;just in time&#8217;<\/em>, procediment espec\u00edfic de <strong>Zara<\/strong> i desenvolupat juntament amb <strong>Toyota<\/strong>, el seu creador. El model est\u00e0 basat en petites cadenes independents, que permeten modificar sobre la marxa la producci\u00f3 i adaptar-la als canvis observats en la demanda El sector de la confecci\u00f3, que \u00e9s el que sost\u00e9 el paradigma de la moda, i en qu\u00e8 les prefer\u00e8ncies dels consumidors s\u00f3n tan variables, resulta fonamental efectuar aquests canvis a la cl\u00e0ssica cadena, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n els que donen flexibilitat al conjunt Tota firma que no accepti aquest principi est\u00e0 condemnada al frac\u00e0s empresarial El model Zara, part d&#8217;una col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 fixa, que \u00e9s el 60% de la seva producci\u00f3, amb peces que Inditex anomena b\u00e0sics i que no passen de moda . Despr\u00e9s, el 40-50% restant s\u00f3n peces oportunistes susceptibles d&#8217;entrar a les botigues cada dues setmanes&#8221;, va explicar el recipiendari.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-132273 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Vender-moda-en-el-mayor-mercado-1.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"346\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Vender-moda-en-el-mayor-mercado-1.webp 600w, https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Vender-moda-en-el-mayor-mercado-1-440x264.webp 440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 346px) 100vw, 346px\" \/><strong>Ferrada<\/strong> va destacar tamb\u00e9 la import\u00e0ncia del m\u00e0rqueting i la publicitat a trav\u00e9s tant dels canals tradicionals com dels nous canals, assenyalant que juga un paper fonamental en les estrat\u00e8gies de les empreses del &#8216;fast fashion&#8217; com la nord-americana <strong>Gap<\/strong> i la sueca <strong>H&amp;M<\/strong>, que inverteixen anualment entre un 4% i un 5% dels ingressos en aquest concepte. La mitjana de les firmes del sector situa aquesta despesa en un 3,5%. Alhora, ha destacat el pes de l&#8217;e-commerce&#8217;, que est\u00e0 canviant el paradigma del sector per despla\u00e7ar el model multimarca d&#8217;aquests comer\u00e7os. &#8220;Pocs van ser els visionaris que a principis de segle XXI van veure en la venda en l\u00ednia el canal de distribuci\u00f3 a governar el m\u00f3n en tan sols una d\u00e8cada m\u00e9s tard. El gruix de les empreses veia aquest canal com a inadequat, ja que, en perdre el contacte f\u00edsic amb el client perdien el seu valor de marca. Tot i aix\u00f2 el temps situa tothom al seu lloc i aquells que retraten aquest canal de vendes ara el veneren&#8221;, ha assenyalat.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, va destacar la import\u00e0ncia del mercat dels Estats Units i va oferir les claus de l&#8217;\u00e8xit en aquest pa\u00eds. &#8220;En l&#8217;actualitat hi ha als Estats Units al voltant de 3,8 milions d&#8217;establiments destinats al &#8216;retail&#8217;, els quals donen feina a m\u00e9s de 29 milions de persones. D&#8217;aqu\u00ed podem concretar la import\u00e0ncia i la necessitat d&#8217;estar presents dins del mercat de Estats Units per a les empreses europees de moda t\u00e8xtil La crisi del 2008 va suposar un abans i un despr\u00e9s dins de la cultura de consum nord-americ\u00e0 la qual preveu es mantingui per als propers 10 anys, la conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia directa \u00e9s l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 d&#8217;empreses &#8216;low cost&#8217; , que al sector t\u00e8xtil es tradueix a empreses de &#8216;fast fashion&#8217;, les quals s\u00f3n capaces d&#8217;oferir productes similars a les empreses de luxe, per\u00f2 a preus m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mics&#8221;, ha argumentat.<\/p>\n<p>El nou acad\u00e8mic va concloure amb la necessitat de segmentar el client. &#8220;Les empreses han d&#8217;entendre, que l&#8217;\u00e8xit al mercat s&#8217;aconseguir\u00e0 per tenir la pres\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s gran possible al menor territori possible. \u00c9s a dir, cal fer una estrat\u00e8gia d&#8217;obertura per Estat, com m\u00e9s proximitat entre punts de venda m\u00e9s gran seran les sinergies entre marca i consumidor \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que aquelles estrat\u00e8gies on les empreses obren botigues a diferents estats sense arribar a tenir una xarxa de botigues a cadascun dels Estats on es realitzen les obertures tenen un percentatge d&#8217;\u00e8xit menys a les empreses que aposten per expandir-se decididament en un estat abans d&#8217;endinsar-se a l&#8217;obertura de punts de venda en altres estats&#8221;, va determinar.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/santiago-ferrada-castro-expansion-de-empresas-retail-en-eeuu_compr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Discurs d&#8217;ingr\u00e9s<\/a><\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Acto de ingreso como Acad\u00e9mico Correspondiente del Excmo.
