Mar\u00eda Vallet<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Mar\u00eda Vallet<\/strong>, catedr\u00e0tica de Qu\u00edmica Inorg\u00e0nica a la <strong>Universitat Complutense de Madrid<\/strong>, acad\u00e8mica de n\u00famero de la <strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia d&#8217;Enginyeria<\/strong> i de la <strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia Nacional de Farm\u00e0cia<\/strong> i acad\u00e8mica d&#8217;honor electa de la <strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia Europea de Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED), apareix com a primera cient\u00edfica espanyola a la llista d&#8217;investigadors m\u00e9s influents del m\u00f3n que elabora la <strong>Universitat de Stanford<\/strong>, als Estats Units. Aquest r\u00e0nquing valora les seves investigacions a l&#8217;\u00e0rea de nanomaterials i els seus treballs amb nanopart\u00edcules mesoporoses de s\u00edlice dissenyades per transportar f\u00e0rmacs a zones molt concretes del cos, especialment a teixits tumorals, aix\u00ed com els diferents estudis en el camp dels materials cer\u00e0mics aplicats a la medicina.<\/p>\n<p>Vallet va assegurar durant la seva participaci\u00f3 en el cicle <strong>Ci\u00e8ncia amb Nom de Dona<\/strong> que es tracta d&#8217;un procediment ja molt evolucionat, ja que el seu desenvolupament es va iniciar l&#8217;any 2011 i ja s&#8217;han establert protocols per definir b\u00e9 les c\u00e0rregues de f\u00e0rmacs a cada nanopart\u00edcula porosa de s\u00edlice. &#8220;Ara fins i tot podem comprovar amb tecnologia microsc\u00f2pica si la c\u00e0rrega de cada nanopart\u00edcula \u00e9s la correcta. Despr\u00e9s, hem de segellar-les de tal manera que en aplicar uns determinats est\u00edmuls alliberin el f\u00e0rmac en el moment i el lloc prec\u00eds. La llista de Stanford la situa al lloc 1.891 al conjunt de la seva carrera cient\u00edfica i al 1.724 amb dades del 2021. En tots dos casos \u00e9s la primera cient\u00edfica espanyola d&#8217;un llistat que inclou prop de 200.000 investigadors de totes les mat\u00e8ries i de tot el m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vallet<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 ha treballat a fons en el tractament i la prevenci\u00f3 de les infeccions associades als implants ortop\u00e8dics. Ha desenvolupat, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el <strong>Centre Superior d&#8217;Investigacions Cient\u00edfiques<\/strong> (CSIC), una nova tecnologia capa\u00e7 d&#8217;evitar la colonitzaci\u00f3 bacteriana i la formaci\u00f3 de biopel\u00b7l\u00edcules sobre implants de titani, alhora que promou la uni\u00f3 \u00f2ssia. Aquesta tecnologia es basa en l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 de les superf\u00edcies de titani a la nanoescala i ha estat reconeguda amb el <strong>Premi MIT-IDEA2<\/strong>.
