{"id":122202,"date":"2022-09-19T00:02:19","date_gmt":"2022-09-19T00:02:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/?p=122202"},"modified":"2022-09-22T16:01:48","modified_gmt":"2022-09-22T16:01:48","slug":"compostos-bioactius-i-nutricio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/compostos-bioactius-i-nutricio\/","title":{"rendered":"Compostos bioactius i nutrici\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_118420\" style=\"width: 230px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-118420\" class=\"wp-image-118420\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Rafael-Urrialde-de-Andres.webp\" alt=\"Dr. Rafael Urrialde\" width=\"220\" height=\"316\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-118420\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-118420\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Rafael Urrialde<\/p><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-rafael-urrialde-de-andres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Rafael Urrialde<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, professor del Departament de Gen\u00e8tica, Fisiologia i Microbiologia de la <strong>Universitat Complutense de Madrid<\/strong> i del Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Farmac\u00e8utiques i de la Salut de la <strong>Universitat CEU-San Pablo<\/strong>, president de la <strong>Comissi\u00f3 Cient\u00edfica<\/strong> de la <strong>Societat Espanyola de Medicina de l&#8217;Esport<\/strong>, secretari de la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3<\/strong> i acad\u00e8mic corresponent de la <strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia Europea de Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED), ha publicat a la revista cient\u00edfica <strong>&#8220;Nutrici\u00f3n hospitalaria&#8221;<\/strong> l&#8217;article <strong>&#8220;Compuestos bioactivos de origen vegetal: desarrollo de nuevos alimentos&#8221;<\/strong>, que firma amb les investigadores <strong>Ana G\u00f3mez Cifuentes<\/strong>, <strong>Beatriz Pintos<\/strong>, <strong>Mar\u00eda Ar\u00e1nzazu G\u00f3mez-Garay<\/strong> i <strong>Blanca Cifuentes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El treball aborda la import\u00e0ncia que estan cobrant els compostos bioactius, subst\u00e0ncies amb efecte fisiol\u00f2gic, a les dietes de les poblacions que consumeixen un alt contingut d&#8217;aliments vegetals, concloent que aquests compostos tenen cada cop m\u00e9s evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica per estar recomanats, directament o b\u00e9 mitjan\u00e7ant els aliments i de les begudes que els contenen, a les guies aliment\u00e0ries i haurien de considerar-se com altres nutrients i incorporar-se a la informaci\u00f3 nutricional, tot i que no tinguin aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-122449\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/componentes-bioactivos.webp\" sizes=\"(max-width: 470px) 100vw, 470px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/componentes-bioactivos.webp 600w, https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/componentes-bioactivos-440x264.webp 440w\" alt=\"\" width=\"470\" height=\"282\" \/>L&#8217;estudi recull les darreres dades cient\u00edfiques sobre aquests compostos bioactius d&#8217;origen vegetal i recopila la legislaci\u00f3 que regula la informaci\u00f3 nutricional d&#8217;aquests aliments i de les begudes, aix\u00ed com de les propietats saludables i de prevenci\u00f3 de risc de malalties i de l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de nous aliments. &#8220;Hi ha evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica sobre l&#8217;efecte dels compostos bioactius, cosa que ha suposat la seva incorporaci\u00f3 a \u00edndexs de qualitat de la dieta (com la br\u00faixola aliment\u00e0ria), aix\u00ed com l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de 26 declaracions de propietats saludables i dues de prevenci\u00f3 de risc de malaltia a la Uni\u00f3 Europea. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han aprovat diversos ingredients o aliments catalogats com a nous aliments dins de la legislaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria comunit\u00e0ria&#8221;, assenyalen els autors.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;article adverteix que aquests enriquidors compostos no estan inclosos en la informaci\u00f3 nutricional dels productes alimentaris perqu\u00e8 no estan catalogats com a nutrients perqu\u00e8 no est\u00e0 demostrat encara l&#8217;efecte fisiol\u00f2gic i no aportar calories. Una cosa, d&#8217;altra banda, similar al que passa amb les vitamines i els minerals. Amb la legislaci\u00f3 actual nom\u00e9s poden apar\u00e8ixer identificats si estan inclosos com a ingredients o components dels aliments i de les begudes.
