A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies dutes a terme per empreses com <strong>Google<\/strong>, <strong>Twitter<\/strong>, <strong>IBM<\/strong>, <strong>Nestl\u00e9<\/strong> o <strong>Sodexo<\/strong>, els ponents van ressenyar com les bones pr\u00e0ctiques respecte a la gesti\u00f3 reeixida de la diversitat a les organitzacions s\u00f3n la clau de l&#8217;\u00e8xit.<\/p>\n<p>La sessi\u00f3, que es va fer en format presencial, va comptar amb la participaci\u00f3 de <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-josep-alet-vilagines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Josep Alet<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, president de l&#8217;<strong>Associaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncies de M\u00e0rqueting Directe i Interactiu<\/strong>, soci fundador i professor de l&#8217;<strong>Institut de Comer\u00e7 Electr\u00f2nic i M\u00e0rqueting Directe<\/strong> i acad\u00e8mic corresponent de la RAED; <strong>Myrtha Casanovas<\/strong>, empres\u00e0ria i fundadora de l&#8217;<strong>Institut Europeu per a la Gesti\u00f3 de la Diversitat<\/strong> i de la plataforma <strong>Artistes Diversos<\/strong> i col\u00b7laboradora habitual de la Reial Acad\u00e8mia, i <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-jordi-marti-pidelaserra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Jordi Mart\u00ed<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, professor d&#8217;Economia i Compatibilitat de la <strong>Universitat de Barcelona<\/strong> i acad\u00e8mic de n\u00famero i membre de la <strong>Junta de Govern<\/strong> de la RAED. L&#8217;acte va moderar l&#8217;acad\u00e8mica corresponent <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dra-cecilia-kindelan-amorrich\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Cecilia Kindel\u00e1n<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, professora de Comunicaci\u00f3 a <strong>ESIC Business &amp; Marketing School<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Avui ja sabem que el futur \u00e9s inclusiu i que la gesti\u00f3 de la diversitat s&#8217;ha convertit en un tema clau per a la superviv\u00e8ncia i creixement empresarial. Una empresa que vulgui emprendre el canvi al seu sector haur\u00e0 de tenir present que ens dirigim cap a un m\u00f3n divers i, fins ara, la diversitat no ha estat prou tinguda en compte dins de les empreses o, potser, no s&#8217;ha comunicat de manera efectiva. La diversitat necessita un nou lideratge, aquell que humanitza l&#8217;empresa i passa d&#8217;estar centrat en si mateixa a connectar-se amb les altres. A l&#8217;era de la connectivitat i el coneixement potser el que hem de promoure \u00e9s la connexi\u00f3 real amb l&#8217;altre i amb un m\u00f3n que cada cop \u00e9s m\u00e9s polaritzat i desigual&#8221;, va iniciar <strong>Kindel\u00e1n<\/strong> la seva intervenci\u00f3 per centrar el debat en aquest nou lideratge empresarial per a una nova era.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Casanovas<\/strong> va situar el concepte de diversitat i va assenyalar que si b\u00e9 a l&#8217;origen estava centrat en la difer\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, cada cop m\u00e9s s&#8217;est\u00e0 obrint a les diferents dimensions de l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0: edat, origen, cultura, valors, estils de pensament, capacitats diferents o formaci\u00f3. &#8220;Les barreres que hi ha per a la gesti\u00f3 corporativa de la diversitat a les organitzacions estan fonamentades en la resist\u00e8ncia al canvi i en qu\u00e8 no hem ent\u00e8s la globalitzaci\u00f3. En aquests moments tan cr\u00edtics, la diversitat juga un paper clau en relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;estabilitat de la Uni\u00f3 Europea. La humanitat transforma el m\u00f3n del qual \u00e9s micro a la macro, sempre que es fomenti el valor de la inclusi\u00f3 de les difer\u00e8ncies que el caracteritza&#8221;, va assenyalar.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;experta, per\u00f2, va afirmar que la diversitat sense inclusi\u00f3 no \u00e9s suficient. &#8220;Si tenim un equip divers, per\u00f2 no inclusiu, no n&#8217;hi ha prou. El que realment importa \u00e9s que siguem inclusius, que cada persona se senti b\u00e9 sent una mateixa, que se senti segura. Hem de permetre que cadasc\u00fa porti a l&#8217;empresa el millor de si mateix i que se senti estimat, protegit, lliurement i completament segur per opinar i participar sent qui realment \u00e9s&#8221;, va explicar.<\/p>\n<p>Per a <strong>Alet<\/strong>, la diversitat a les organitzacions \u00e9s una palanca d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 i de transformaci\u00f3. &#8220;Els grups homogenis, quan es reuneixen, troben r\u00e0pidament la soluci\u00f3 a un problema, es posen aviat d&#8217;acord, per\u00f2 la soluci\u00f3 no ser\u00e0 gaire innovadora. Aix\u00f2 no obstant, quan es tracta d&#8217;un grup divers, encara que es triga m\u00e9s temps a arribar a la soluci\u00f3, la resposta \u00e9s m\u00e9s creativa i innovadora. El teletreball ha contribu\u00eft a millorar la gesti\u00f3 de la diversitat. Ens ha fet m\u00e9s aut\u00f2noms. La diversitat actua com a catalitzador de creixement de l&#8217;empresa i permet a les organitzacions liderar la transformaci\u00f3 dels seus sectors d&#8217;activitat&#8221;, va afirmar.<\/p>\n<p>Mart\u00ed, per part seva, va coincidir que la diversitat s&#8217;ha de considerar com un actiu intangible de l&#8217;empresa. &#8220;El concepte d&#8217;actius intangibles no \u00e9s un tema recent a l&#8217;entorn empresarial. Tot i aix\u00f2, el seu mesurament i rellev\u00e0ncia ha adquirit m\u00e9s for\u00e7a actualment. De fet, els actius intangibles representen el 80% del valor de l&#8217;empresa. El problema que passa amb la diversitat \u00e9s que no tenim escala per mesurar-la. L&#8217;empresa pot i ha de suportar tot el grau de diversitat que existeix\u201d, va considerar.<\/p>\n<p>Per a l&#8217;acad\u00e8mic, el capitalisme es torna cada cop m\u00e9s conscient i el bon govern es fa cada cop m\u00e9s cr\u00edtic per gestionar amb \u00e8xit el futur de les organitzacions. &#8220;La diversitat i la inclusi\u00f3 fomenten un cercle virtu\u00f3s a l&#8217;empresa que va des d&#8217;una millor comprensi\u00f3 dels clients, un punt de vista m\u00e9s innovador, una millor adaptaci\u00f3 a les seves necessitats, la demostraci\u00f3 dins i fora d&#8217;uns valors coherents com a organitzaci\u00f3, una millor experi\u00e8ncia de client, un millor clima de treball i, per tant, un augment del negoci per a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3&#8221;, va concloure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kindel\u00e1n<\/strong> va tancar l&#8217;acte presentant les conclusions principals del debat. &#8220;Cal situar la diversitat al centre de l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia de les organitzacions. \u00c9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de valors, de gesti\u00f3, de talent, d&#8217;atracci\u00f3 dels millors en un mercat cada cop m\u00e9s competitiu i vol\u00e0til. Les empreses no poden continuar gestionant les seves estrat\u00e8gies amb un petit grup de persones que ocupen les posicions de direcci\u00f3, que decideixen i marquen el que la resta dels professionals ha de fer. En un m\u00f3n dominat per la incertesa, davant de reptes ambigus, globals i vol\u00e0tils, cal que totes les persones sumen el seu talent en la mateixa direcci\u00f3: la diversitat necessita un nou lideratge, aquell que humanitza l&#8217;empresa i deixa d&#8217;estar centrat en si mateix per connectar-se amb els altres. El futur ens necessita a tots i no podem permetre que ning\u00fa no es quedi enrere.
