{"id":118835,"date":"2022-06-09T09:11:28","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T09:11:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/?p=118835"},"modified":"2022-06-10T14:04:47","modified_gmt":"2022-06-10T14:04:47","slug":"pescant-salut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/pescant-salut\/","title":{"rendered":"Els beneficis del peix per a la salut en la celebraci\u00f3 del Dia Nacional de la Nutrici\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_115718\" style=\"width: 331px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-115718\" class=\"wp-image-115718\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Gregorio-Varela.webp\" alt=\"Gregorio Varela\" width=\"321\" height=\"214\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-115718\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-115718\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Gregorio Varela<\/p><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/ca\/academics\/dr-gregorio-varela-moreiras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Gregorio Varela<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, catedr\u00e0tic de Nutrici\u00f3 i Bromatologia de la <strong>Universitat CEU-San Pablo<\/strong>, president de la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola de la Nutrici\u00f3<\/strong> i de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fesnad.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Federaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Societats de Nutrici\u00f3, Alimentaci\u00f3 i Diet\u00e8tica<\/strong><\/a> i acad\u00e8mic de n\u00famero de la <strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia Europea de Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED), va liderar el passat 28 de maig la celebraci\u00f3 del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fesnad.org\/?seccion=dinamico&amp;subSeccion=bloque&amp;idS=3&amp;idSS=67\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Dia Nacional de la Nutrici\u00f3<\/strong><\/a>, que amb el lema <strong>&#8220;Pesca salut&#8221;<\/strong> va organitzar la Federaci\u00f3 per informar sobre els beneficis del peix per a la salut donades les seves prote\u00efnes d&#8217;alt valor biol\u00f2gic, \u00e0cids grassos poliinsaturats omega-3 de cadena llarga, vitamines (grup B i vitamines A i D) i minerals (iode, seleni, zinc, calci, f\u00f2sfor, ferro i coure).<\/p>\n<p>Coincidint amb la jornada, l&#8217;acad\u00e8mic va presentar un estudi sobre h\u00e0bits de consum del peix i altres productes del mar realitzat amb una mostra de gaireb\u00e9 1.500 persones durant abril i maig del 2022. La principal conclusi\u00f3 \u00e9s que mentre un 94% dels enquestats va manifestar que li agrada aquest tipus d&#8217;aliments, nom\u00e9s un 23% arriba al consum setmanal de peix recomanat, \u00e9s a dir, entre tres i quatre racions per setmana. Els motius perqu\u00e8 no es consumeixin les quantitats recomanades, segons els resultats de l&#8217;enquesta, s\u00f3n el preu (32%), la mol\u00e8stia de les espines (26%), el possible contingut en mercuri i altres contaminants (10%), no saber com cuinar-ho (10%) o la preocupaci\u00f3 per l&#8217;anisakis (6%).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-119010\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/pesca-salud-dia-nacional-de-la-nutricion.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"370\" height=\"494\" \/>Segons aquest estudi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits de consum, el 85% dels enquestats compra el peix fresc, davant d&#8217;un 44% que el compra congelat i un 42% que l&#8217;adquireix en conserva. Aix\u00ed mateix, el 42% dels enquestats congela el peix fresc abans del seu consum, el 27% nom\u00e9s si el consumir\u00e0 cru i un 32% no el congela en cap cas. La frescor de les peces \u00e9s el principal factor de decisi\u00f3 de compra (75%), seguit del preu (64%) i la proced\u00e8ncia (41%). Com va explicar <strong>Varela<\/strong> durant la presentaci\u00f3, el peix blau, com el salm\u00f3, la tonyina, la sardina o el verat, \u00e9s el m\u00e9s consumit, per un 79% dels enquestats; seguit del peix blanc, com el llu\u00e7, el bacall\u00e0 o llobarro, amb un 74% d&#8217;elecci\u00f3, i dels cefal\u00f2podes, com el calamar, el pop, la s\u00edpia o els calamarsons, amb un 47%.<\/p>\n<p>La Federaci\u00f3 ha creat un dec\u00e0leg per recordar a la societat la import\u00e0ncia del peix. En primer lloc, afirma que prendre peix o no es converteix en una decisi\u00f3 important per a la salut en les diferents etapes de la vida; a m\u00e9s, aquests productes ofereixen la possibilitat d&#8217;innombrables preparacions culin\u00e0ries nutritives, ja que aquests aliments arriben al consumidor &#8220;amb un ampli rang de valors nutricionals i caracter\u00edstiques sensorials&#8221;. Aix\u00ed mateix, insisteix que el peix pot tenir preus assequibles, com ara el peix blau, en auge a l&#8217;estiu. A m\u00e9s, el seu consum s&#8217;associa a la disminuci\u00f3 de risc de malalties cardiovasculars, de deteriorament cognitiu, de l&#8217;artritis reumatoide, i preveu certs tipus de c\u00e0ncer i ajuda a millorar el control de pes i desenvolupament cognitiu en la inf\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p>El Dia Nacional de la Nutrici\u00f3 es va comen\u00e7ar a celebrar l&#8217;any 2002 amb car\u00e0cter anual. La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fesnad.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Federaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Societats de Nutrici\u00f3, Alimentaci\u00f3 i Diet\u00e8tica<\/strong><\/a>, responsable d&#8217;aquesta iniciativa ha comptat fins ara amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;altres organitzacions farmac\u00e8utiques, agroaliment\u00e0ries i administracions.
