Emulant els cl\u00e0ssics&#8221;<\/strong>, que complementa les seves reflexions recents sobre el paper que la Fundaci\u00f3 i la <strong>Reial Acad\u00e8mia Europea de Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED) en aquest obligat canvi d&#8217;era en qu\u00e8 la humanitat es juga bona part del seu futur.<\/p>\n<h3>Una visi\u00f3 human\u00edstica de l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 4.0. Emulant els cl\u00e0ssics<\/h3>\n<p>El reputat pas del mite al logos ha esdevingut al llarg de la hist\u00f2ria un t\u00f2pic que cal revelar per comprendre l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del coneixement hum\u00e0 fins als nostres dies. El mite ent\u00e9n un m\u00f3n on els d\u00e9us s\u00f3n l&#8217;origen de cada fenomen natural; aix\u00ed, un temporal, un llamp o el seu tro respondrien a la voluntat del d\u00e9u de torn.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_109875\" style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-109875\" class=\"wp-image-109875 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/sol-nubes-y-mar-oceano.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"675\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-109875\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-109875\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La percepci\u00f3 que la humanitat ha tingut de l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia i la naturalesa d&#8217;elements com el sol o el mar ha anat evolucionant sobre la base del coneixement adquirit i del pensament cr\u00edtic sobre el perqu\u00e8 de les coses. Avui l&#8217;astre rei i el gran oce\u00e0 tornen a ser importants com a d\u00e9us des del coneixement m\u00e9s evolucionat i pel b\u00e9 de la nostra superviv\u00e8ncia. Foto: Miquel Ventura Mons\u00f3. Fundaci\u00f3 RAED<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Per contra, el logos busca explicar les coses del m\u00f3n estrictament des de la ra\u00f3. Pensar o raonar des del logos t\u00e9 com a objectiu arribar al principi de les coses des del coneixement i per mitjans cient\u00edfics i emp\u00edrics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tales de Milet<\/strong> (segle VI aC) personifica el naixement del pensament racional al bressol de la civilitzaci\u00f3 occidental pel fet de pensar que la natura es pot detallar de forma cient\u00edfica. Les presumpcions anteriors a Tales, i moltes posteriors que fins i tot encara perduren avui dia, posen l&#8217;origen del m\u00f3n i dels fen\u00f2mens naturals a la merc\u00e8 de la voluntat dels d\u00e9us, d&#8217;alguna for\u00e7a extraterrestre o cosmol\u00f2gica. La radiaci\u00f3 solar estava relacionada amb l&#8217;\u00e0nim de <strong>Zeus<\/strong>, les plagues eren c\u00e0stigs celestials, i el mar enfurismat era la ira de <strong>Posid\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Avui dia, el coneixement adquirit i transm\u00e8s des de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 ens exigeix \u200b\u200btamb\u00e9 un canvi de paradigma. En el context de l&#8217;actual situaci\u00f3 del m\u00f3n, altament competitiu que sobreviu fent tombs i tendeix a col\u00b7lapsar, el que necessitem \u00e9s col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 global i sinergia, nom\u00e9s aix\u00ed superarem els reptes a qu\u00e8 ens enfrontem. Recentment, es parlava en aquestes p\u00e0gines sobre el concepte de biomimesi (imitar la natura) i com argumentava <strong>Lynn Margulis<\/strong>, l&#8217;\u00e8xit de l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 biol\u00f2gica al planeta Terra, malgrat les seves crisis i extincions, ha estat gr\u00e0cies a la reciprocitat entre les esp\u00e8cies. Avui m\u00e9s que mai al m\u00f3n el concepte de cooperaci\u00f3 \u00e9s indefugible i ha de formar part del nostre missatge educatiu per a la societat global i des del coneixement.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, la irrupci\u00f3 de les noves tecnologies de comunicaci\u00f3 i internet ha canviat radicalment la societat per accedir i consumir informaci\u00f3. Aquesta realitat disruptiva tamb\u00e9 integra grans inconvenients posant el concepte global de logos, el pensament racional des del coneixement racional i emp\u00edric contra les cordes. La penetraci\u00f3 massiva de la postveritat i les &#8220;fake news&#8221; a les xarxes socials i als mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3 han incrementat la polaritzaci\u00f3 de la societat i de la seva incertesa sobre la realitat del nostre entorn i ens ha deixat a la corda fluixa. En s\u00f3n exemples clars la diverg\u00e8ncia social davant la Covid-19, la realitat dels efectes de l&#8217;escalfament global o els veritables reptes del planeta a l&#8217;era de l&#8217;Antropoc\u00e8.<\/p>\n<p>La demanda de les noves habilitats professionals i la gran polaritzaci\u00f3 socioecon\u00f2mica del m\u00f3n requereix que els sistemes educatius i els seus continguts s&#8217;adaptin a la preparaci\u00f3 dels nous ciutadans globals. L&#8217;educaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha d&#8217;adaptar per capacitar les noves generacions amb les habilitats necess\u00e0ries per crear un m\u00f3n m\u00e9s inclusiu, col\u00b7laboratiu, cohesionat i sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest context de canvi, una de les plataformes del <strong>F\u00f2rum Econ\u00f2mic Mundial<\/strong> va editar el llibre blanc sobre la nova Educaci\u00f3 4.0 per donar forma al futur de la nova economia i a la societat identificant els nous models d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 necessaris per fer front a la quarta revoluci\u00f3 industrial on la digitalitzaci\u00f3 dels processos, el Big Data, la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial i el medi ambient s\u00f3n els eixos fonamentals enfocats als 17 <strong>Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible<\/strong> (ODS) a l&#8217;horitz\u00f3 2030. El llibre blanc de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 identifica vuit caracter\u00edstiques que ha d&#8217;integrar el nou aprenentatge social on la cooperaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un factor transversal i s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les habilitats de ciutadania global:<\/strong> han d&#8217;incloure contingut per crear consci\u00e8ncia sobre el m\u00f3n en general i promoure un paper actiu i col\u00b7laboratiu a la comunitat global.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Habilitats d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 i creativitat:<\/strong> inclou contingut que fomenta les habilitats necess\u00e0ries per a la innovaci\u00f3, incloses les resolucions complexes de problemes, pensament anal\u00edtic, creativitat i an\u00e0lisi de sistemes i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Habilitats tecnol\u00f2giques:<\/strong> integra continguts basats en el desenvolupament d&#8217;habilitats digitals, inclosa la programaci\u00f3, la responsabilitat i l&#8217;\u00fas i la transmissi\u00f3 de la tecnologia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Habilitats interpersonals:<\/strong> integra contingut que se centri en intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional interpersonal, inclosa l&#8217;empatia, la cooperaci\u00f3, la negociaci\u00f3, el lideratge i la consci\u00e8ncia social.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aprenentatge personalitzat i al seu propi ritme:<\/strong> tr\u00e0nsit d&#8217;un sistema on l&#8217;aprenentatge est\u00e0 estandarditzat a un altre basat en les diverses necessitats individuals de cada alumne i prou flexible per permetre que cada alumne progressi al seu propi ritme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aprenentatge accessible i inclusiu:<\/strong> passar d&#8217;un sistema on l&#8217;aprenentatge es limita als que tenen acc\u00e9s a organitzacions educatives, a un on tothom tingui acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;aprenentatge i, per tant, inclusiu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aprenentatge col\u00b7laboratiu i basat en problemes:<\/strong> apropar l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 als problemes reals mitjan\u00e7ant projectes que requereixen la integraci\u00f3 de totes les habilitats que integra l&#8217;equip; aix\u00f2 requereix la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de companys i reflecteix la realitat del treball professional de futur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aprenentatge permanent i impulsat pels estudiants:<\/strong> passar d&#8217;un sistema on l&#8217;aprenentatge i l&#8217;habilitat disminueixen al llarg de la vida \u00fatil a un on tots millorin cont\u00ednuament en les habilitats existents i adquireixin noves en funci\u00f3 de les necessitats individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una campanya global de &#8220;crowdsourcing&#8221;, la plataforma del F\u00f2rum Econ\u00f2mic Mundial va identificar 16 exemples d&#8217;escoles d&#8217;educaci\u00f3, programes i sistemes escolars que aplanen el cam\u00ed cap a l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 4.0 basats en la singularitat del seu enfocament, impacte demostrat, la diversitat geogr\u00e0fica i la cooperaci\u00f3. Foto: Fundaci\u00f3 RAED.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Davant d&#8217;aquest repte, des de la Fundaci\u00f3 treballem educant els nostres alumnes universitaris i aix\u00ed com amb els voluntaris a pensar de forma lliure, democr\u00e0tica, des d&#8217;una visi\u00f3 human\u00edstica del coneixement i de la dimensi\u00f3 humana, volent emular, tant com sigui possible, els grans cl\u00e0ssics de la cultura grega i alineant-nos amb el llibre blanc de l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 4.0. Des de la nostra petita acci\u00f3 educativa, la Fundaci\u00f3 transmet i ensenya els alumnes a actuar en equip i des d&#8217;una visi\u00f3 integral de les disciplines professionals de manera col\u00b7laborativa i sin\u00e8rgica.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ensenyament cl\u00e0ssic en general i l&#8217;ensenyament superior en particular s&#8217;han centrat en un model que, en gran part, \u00e9s obsolet, les llicenciatures s\u00f3n cada cop m\u00e9s curtes i buides de contingut \u00fatil per als reptes del m\u00f3n i del que \u00e9s hum\u00e0. D&#8217;altra banda, la s\u00edndrome del m\u00e0ster, a excepci\u00f3 d&#8217;alguns programes formatius de qualitat i ben orientats a cobrir un mercat laboral din\u00e0mic i necessitat, no fa sin\u00f3 generar m\u00e9s postgraduats amb m\u00e9s t\u00edtols, per\u00f2 sense una orientaci\u00f3 professional clara que millori la seva situaci\u00f3 laboral i afronti amb responsabilitat la realitat del m\u00f3n en qu\u00e8 vivim.
