L&#8217;acte va estar tancat a el p\u00fablic, per\u00f2 es va poder seguir en streaming pel canal de <strong>YouTube<\/strong> de la RAED. El recipiendari va llegir el discurs d&#8217;ingr\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/discurso-ingreso-RAED-Cosimo-Chiesa-de-Negri-cmpr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>&#8220;Buscando la excelencia comercial. La direcci\u00f3n de equipos en tiempos de pandemia&#8221;<\/strong><\/a>. No fer-ho significa no poder competir i per aconseguir-ho va apuntar a la innovaci\u00f3 i la transformaci\u00f3 com a principals estrat\u00e8gies, i a mirar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la tornada a la normalitat sense tenir com a \u00fanica base l&#8217;escenari anterior a l&#8217;actual crisi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Analitzar aquests canvis amb el m\u00e0xim realisme i positivisme i reflexionar a fons abans de prendre noves decisions \u00e9s la clau de situar-se en una posici\u00f3 competitiva&#8221;, va apuntat l&#8217;expert. Per a aix\u00f2, Chiesa de Negri recomana fer una profunda an\u00e0lisi de la nova realitat de fora cap a dins, per tenir clar com est\u00e0 canviant l&#8217;entorn social, econ\u00f2mic, demogr\u00e0fic, pol\u00edtic i quines repercussions pot provocar, per arran d&#8217;aqu\u00ed iniciar la reorganitzaci\u00f3 i reestructuraci\u00f3. &#8220;Es tracta de fer amb el ritme necessari i possible tots aquells canvis que ens permetran adaptar-nos al nou m\u00f3n i aportar m\u00e9s valor a la nostra oferta comercial. Aix\u00f2 pot significar introduir millores en els nostres productes i serveis o pot ser sin\u00f2nim de canvis m\u00e9s importants: crear-ne de nous o fins i tot un canvi de model de negoci, de sector, o l&#8217;obertura de nous segments o mercats amb noves aliances. Al cap i a la fi, avui m\u00e9s que mai, adaptar-se als canvis significa deixar enrere com m\u00e9s aviat possible la por als nous reptes&#8221;, va assenyalar.<\/p>\n<p>Partint de l&#8217;\u00faltim estudi fet per IESE a l&#8217;any 2020 amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de Barna Consulting Group, la reconeguda consultora que el mateix acad\u00e8mic va fundar i dirigeix, Chiesa de Negri va animar a directius i equips de vendes a superar la fase d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 i conting\u00e8ncia davant la crisi i apostar decididament per t\u00e8cniques i estrat\u00e8gies pr\u00f2pies de la digitalitzaci\u00f3 i no nom\u00e9s des d&#8217;un punt de vista comercial, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 log\u00edstic i de model de negoci. &#8220;Si necessitem sobreviure i tenir futur, la nostra estrat\u00e8gia de venda presencial i\/o digital ens ha d&#8217;ajudar a captar i fidelitzar clients perqu\u00e8, sense ells, no hi ha vendes i sense vendes les empreses estan condemnades a desapar\u00e8ixer&#8221;, va afirmar.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;analitzar els nous reptes que s&#8217;obren al m\u00f3n dels negocis, aix\u00ed com les noves tend\u00e8ncies de m\u00e0rqueting i vendes que s&#8217;imposen, el nou acad\u00e8mic va apostar per un nou model integrat i d&#8217;hibridaci\u00f3 entre les actuals \u00e0rees relacionades directament amb les vendes. &#8220;Avui dia, com hem comentat anteriorment, el 80% de les habilitats de m\u00e0rqueting i vendes s\u00f3n les mateixes, per\u00f2 la clau consistir\u00e0 a treure partit especialment a aquest 20% que els diferencia. Tots dos departaments han de tenir pres\u00e8ncia en cadascuna de les quatre fases del proc\u00e9s venda (Atraure, Vendre, Satisfer i Fidelitzar) i saber quan un o un altre hauran de tenir m\u00e9s protagonisme. \u00c9s hora de deixar de separar-los i afrontar la venda del futur des de la integraci\u00f3 dels dos camps, per\u00f2 fent servir al m\u00e0xim les habilitats de cadascun
