L’historiador mexic\u00e0 Enrique Sada<\/strong>, col\u00b7laborador de la Reial Acad\u00e8mia Europea de Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED), denuncia a l’article “Error hist\u00f3rico Cuatrotero: Vicente Guerrero”<\/strong>, publicat al portal especialitzat “C\u00f3digo Libre”<\/strong> el passat 18 de febrer, les err\u00f2nies interpretacions de la hist\u00f2ria que s’acostumen a fer des d’una lectura pol\u00edtica i anacr\u00f2nica dels fets. En aquest cas, es refereix en particular als actes de celebraci\u00f3 del Bicentenari de la Independ\u00e8ncia de M\u00e8xic<\/strong> (1821-2021), en els quals s’ha decidit commemorar la mort de Vicente Guerrero<\/strong>, afusellat el 1831.<\/p>\n

“Segons el programa oficial, aquest va ser v\u00edctima d’una tra\u00efci\u00f3 d’Agust\u00edn d’Iturbide<\/strong>, responsabilitzant-lo de la seva execuci\u00f3, tot i que l’alliberador i primer emperador de M\u00e8xic va ser assassinat el 1824, per la qual cosa no va tenir res a veure amb la captura i afusellament de Guerrero. A tot aix\u00f2 cal sumar-li la desencertada celebraci\u00f3 que va fer el president per a aquest esdeveniment, convidant al n\u00e9t de Martin Luther King<\/strong>, i amb un discurs propi de Luis Echeverr\u00eda<\/strong>“, inicia l’historiador la seva argumentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Sada atribueix a “l’afany del titular de l’executiu” la commemoraci\u00f3 de fets fora de lloc i honorar personatges l’aportaci\u00f3 dels quals resulta si m\u00e9s no discutida. “En el cas de l’insurgent nascut a Cuil\u00e1pam (Oaxaca), no nom\u00e9s va destacar per ser el primer militar colpista o el primer president declarat ‘moral i intel\u00b7lectualment incapacitat per governar’ pel Congr\u00e9s el 1830, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per ser el primer mandatari sotm\u00e8s al Govern dels Estats Units mitjan\u00e7ant l’ambaixador nord-americ\u00e0 Joel Roberts Poinsett<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n
