Antonio Polo i Rafael Jim\u00e9nez de Parga.<\/li>\n<li>MBA per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esade.edu\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ESADE<\/strong><\/a>, obtingut simult\u00e0niament mentre finalitzava la carrera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>ACTIVITAT DOCENT I PROFESSIONAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vinculat a la Facultat de Dret de la UB des del 1968, va obtenir l\u2019any 1991 la pla\u00e7a de Professor Titular de Dret Mercantil.<\/li>\n<li>Ha impartit doc\u00e8ncia a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaoceu.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Universitat CEU Abat Oliba<\/strong><\/a> (Dret Bancari) i al M\u00e0ster de Dret Internacional d\u2019ESADE (Dret Concursal).<\/li>\n<li>Director de diverses tesis doctorals.<\/li>\n<li>Va exercir l\u2019advocacia amb despatx propi des del 1970 i fou Director Executiu de l\u2019Assessoria Jur\u00eddica de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caixabank.es\/particular\/home\/particulares_es.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Caixa<\/a><\/strong> fins al 2012.<\/li>\n<li>El 15 de gener de 2013 va prendre possessi\u00f3 com a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poderjudicial.es\/cgpj\/es\/Poder-Judicial\/Tribunal-Supremo\/Sala-de-Gobierno\/Composicion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Magistrat de la Sala 1a del Tribunal Suprem<\/a><\/strong>, c\u00e0rrec per al qual havia estat nomenat l\u2019any 2012.<\/li>\n<li>Membre de diverses associacions. Conferenciant des del 1973 en Dret Bancari, Concursal i Mercantil. Autor d\u2019articles i llibres sobre contractes, Dret Concursal i Llei d\u2019Enjudiciament Civil. Pas\u00f3 el llamado examen de grado de su licenciatura con el Primer Premio Extraordinario. M\u00e1s tarde se doctor\u00f3 (1987) en Derecho con la m\u00e1xima distinci\u00f3n Cum Laude en la UB, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de sus maestros Dr. Antonio Polo y Dr. Rafael Jim\u00e9nez de Parga. Obtuvo simult\u00e1neamente, mientras acababa la carrera, un MBA por ESADE.<\/p>\r\n<p>Vinculado a la Facultad de Derecho desde 1968, obtuvo en 1991, la plaza de Profesor Titular de Derecho Mercantil en la misma. Tambi\u00e9n ha impartido clases en CEU Abad Oliba, en materia bancaria y en el M\u00e1ster de Derecho Internacional de ESADE, en materia concursal. Ha sido director de distintas tesis doctorales.<\/p>\r\n<p>Compatibiliz\u00f3 su carrera docente con el ejercicio de la abogac\u00eda con despacho abierto desde 1970 y la de Director Ejecutivo de la Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica de La Caixa, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2012.
