The Green Economy Summit aims to be a space organized for the meeting between different world referents linked to science, economics and sustainable development, with people from different disciplines who want and feel that they can change and improve their respective communities by replicating their message, according to explain their organizers.

“We are currently consuming a lot more natural resources than the planet supports, we are mortgaging the future of future generations in post of a development that is not sustainable, but it could be sustainable -says the president of Advanced Leadership Foundation, Juan Verde-. Our goal is to inspire and train 300 new green leaders from across the country who are willing to convey a simple message: not only does it make ethical and moral sense to focus on innovation and competitiveness, but it also makes economic sense to productive model towards a green economy, because what is at stake is the life and future of the next generations”.
