José Luis Salido, full academician and general secretary of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED), participated on 13 May in the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Labor Court of Catalonia (TLC), an out-of-court body for the settlement of labor disputes through conciliation, mediation and arbitration.

In his speech, Salido defended the activity of the Court over the last 25 years, which is specified in the implementation of 17,436 procedures that affected 194,210 companies and 5,476,580 workers. He also highlighted the reforms that should be undertaken in the future in order to continue adapting to the needs of companies and workers in the area of conflict resolution. The academician is a mediator of TLC since its inception.
